"If I Were the Devil" is a form of social criticism, an essay that postulates what steps the devil might
take in order to corrupt human civilization (and the United States in particular) and lead it down the path of
darkness — before delivering the catch that all the steps listed are phenomena that are already taking place in the
world today. It was written and popularized by national radio commentator and syndicated columnist Paul Harvey, who
from the mid-1960s onwards featured it in both media many times over the course of his long career,
periodically updating it to incorporate current trends.

If I were the prince of darkness, I would

United States. I'd subvert the churches first, and I would begin with a
campaign of whispers. With the wisdom of a serpent, I would whisper to you as I whispered to Eve: "Do as you
please." To the young, I would whisper that the Bible is a myth. I would convince the children that man created
God instead of the other way around. I'd confide that what's bad is good and
what's good is square. And the old, I would teach to pray after me, "Our Father, which are in Washington ..." Then, I'd get organized, I'd
educate authors in how to make lurid literature exciting so that anything else would appear dull and
uninteresting. I'd peddle narcotics to whom I
could. I'd sell alcohol to ladies and gentlemen of distinction. I'd
tranquilize the rest with pills. If I were the devil, I'd soon have families at war with themselves, churches at war with themselves and
nations at war with themselves until each, in its turn, was
consumed. And with promises of higher ratings, I'd have mesmerizing
media fanning the flames. If I were the devil, I would encourage schools to refine young intellect but neglect to discipline
emotions. I'd tell teachers to let those students run
wild. And before you knew it, you'd have drug-sniffing dogs and metal detectors at every schoolhouse door. With
a decade, I'd have prisons overflowing and judges
promoting pornography. Soon, I would evict God from the
courthouse and the schoolhouse and them from the houses of Congress. In his own churches, I would substitute
psychology for religion and deify science. I'd lure priests and
pastors into misusing boys and girls and church money.
If I were the devil, I'd take from those who have and give
to those who wanted until I had killed the incentive of the ambitious. What'll you bet I couldn't get whole
states to promote gambling as the way to get rich? I'd convince the young that marriage is old-fashioned, that
swinging is more fun and that what you see on television is the way to
be. And thus, I could undress you in public and lure you into bed
with diseases for which there are no cures. In other words, if I were the devil, I'd just keep right on doing
what he's doing.
The Opposite of
Love
"No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God
lives in us and his love is made complete in us."1 I once asked a class I was teaching, "What would
you say was the Christian's number one sin?" to which a jokester replied, "Apathy, but who cares?" And as the old
saying goes, "Many a true word spoken in jest."
In the book The
Screwtape Letters, by C. S. Lewis, a devil briefs his demon
nephew, Wormwood, in a series of letters on the subtleties and techniques of tempting people. In
his writings, the devil says that the objective is not to make people wicked but to make them
indifferent.
This higher devil cautions Wormwood that he must keep the patient
comfortable at all costs. If he should start thinking about anything of importance, encourage him to think
about his luncheon plans and not to worry so much because it could cause indigestion. And then the devil gives
this instruction to his nephew: 'I, the devil, will always see to it that there are bad people. Your job, my

Italy's highest court has overturned
the conviction of a 60-year-old man for having sex with an 11-year-old girl, because the verdict failed to take
into account their "amorous relationship".
Pietro Lamberti, a social services worker in Catanzaro in southern Italy, was convicted in
February 2011 and sentenced to five years in prison for sexual acts with a minor.
The verdict was later upheld by an appeals court.
But Italy's supreme court ruled that the verdict did not sufficiently consider "the
'consensus', the existence of an amorous relationship, the absence of physical force, the girl's feelings of
love".
The court's October 15 decision to order a retrial was made public this month by Il
Quotidiano della Calabria and slowly spread to social media networks, where it sparked heated reactions against the
Italian justice system.
According to Il Quotidiano, the girl came from a poor family who had known and trusted the
social worker.
Lamberti was caught naked in bed with the girl after an
investigation by police based largely on wire-tap evidence, it said.

Revealed: how Jimmy Savile abused up
to 1,000 victims
on BBC premises Executives turned a blind eye to attacks,
according to former judge's 'shocking' finding
The BBC will be plunged into a major crisis with the
publication of a damning review, expected next month, that will reveal its staff turned a blind eye to the
rape and sexual assault of up to 1,000 girls and boys by Jimmy Savile in the corporation's changing
rooms and studios.
Dame Janet Smith, a former court of appeal judge, who previously led the inquiry
into the murders by Dr Harold Shipman, will say in her report that the true number
of victims of Savile's sexual proclivities may never be known but that his behaviour had been recognised by
BBC executives who took no action.
Smith's
investigations, which followed the Pollard inquiry into why the BBC shelved a
Newsnight programme about Savile, will send shockwaves through the corporation.
A source close to the inquiry told the Observer: "The numbers are shocking. Many hundreds and
potentially up to 1,000 people were victims of Savile when he was representing the corporation. The report will
overshadow Pollard. It will go right to the heart of how Savile was able to get away with the most heinous of
crimes under the very noses of BBC staff for more than 40 years."
The sheer scale of victims' testimonies being examined has delayed the publication of Smith's report by a
month.
Peter Saunders, chief executive of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood (Napac), which
has been consulted by Smith's inquiry, said: "In Savile's lifetime I wouldn't doubt [that 1,000 people had been
abused by him on BBC property]. The other thing I have found extraordinary, and very sad, is the number of
people I have spoken to connected to the BBC, and that is a lot of people, who said: 'Oh yes, we all knew about
him.'
"I was talking to someone at BBC Manchester in Salford who said 'we knew about Stuart Hall. He had a room
where he would take women and young people'. You think: 'Oh my God, these people were offending almost in open
sight and no one thought to intervene.'"
Liz Dux, a lawyer representing 74 of Savile's victims, said Smith had been forensic in her examination of
witnesses and her report was likely to cause serious concerns for those at the top of the organisation. She
said: "Every single opportunity Savile took it. He never had a quiet day basically so these numbers wouldn't at
all surprise me.
"Dame Janet is very widely respected and I am confident she won't leave any stones unturned. The clients who
gave evidence said that they felt they were listened to very sensitively and sympathetically and were able to
give their evidence in a lot of detail. This will not be a what-the-BBC-want sort of report."
A second report on the scale of Savile's abuse within the NHS has also been delayed
due to the number of places in which Savile committed crimes and it is not expected until June.
Smith has used a similar methodology to that employed during the Shipman inquiry, which found the GP had
killed hundreds of patients, not just the 15 for which he received life sentences before taking his own life in
his prison cell.
Her team sent letters to every member of BBC staff past and present asking whether they had witnessed
criminal acts by Savile in order to piece together his pattern of behaviour and establish an understanding of
the scale of his crimes.
In three known cases, one of which involved a BBC cameraman who has since died, Savile carried out his abuse
with others connected to the corporation, the review has heard.
The report will, however, express frustration that some of those closest to Savile or culpable for allowing
him to go unchallenged have refused to co-operate. His criminality peaked in the 1960s and 1970s, when he was
middle-aged and at the height of his career at the corporation, but continued right up until the last filming of Top of
the Pops in 2006 when at the age of 79 he groped a girl aged between 13 and 16. Smith's
review has been in contact with more than 1,000 witnesses and victims, including the 138 who are pursuing
civil claims for compensation, but the scale of those affected by Savile's crimes dwarfs the number who have
so far come forward.
The Observer understands the BBC has provided more than £10,000 in funding, and the assistance
of a business consultant, to Napac to allow it to increase its helpline services. Further money is expected to
be made available when the review is published.
Lord Hall, the BBC's director general, met the charity's chief executive shortly before Christmas and asked
for his support when the Smith report is launched.
Dux hopes the BBC will respond to Smith's findings by offering further support to the victims, who are due
to receive limited compensation through a scheme being agreed with the corporation, the NHS and the Jimmy
Savile Charitable Trust. Those raped by Savile are unlikely to receive more than £50,000 in compensation.
Dux, head of abuse cases at Slater & Gordon, said: "What I hope doesn't happen is that the BBC goes into
some sort of navel-gazing period. Rather than look internally, look at how they are behaving and accept some
corporate responsibility, which is not what they have done so far.
"I have asked for counselling for my clients who have given statements but the BBC have done nothing; my
clients have been left absolutely high and dry."
If the BBC really cared about these people then they would have contacted them as soon as they have given
evidence and said: 'We accept that you have gone through an awful ordeal and whatever the outcome of the report
we have made facilities to let you go and see this counsellor.'"
She added: "Whether these cases are resolved by settlement scheme or by court the amount of damages the
victims of the BBC will get is absolutely tiny compared to what they have spent on their own legal fees, the
Pollard inquiry and their own staff. The damages for compensation in civil law for rape is rarely over £50,000
and that is something that is life-changing and hideous. They are actually getting an insulting amount".
A spokesman for Smith's review declined to comment.

More than 100 teenagers involved in sex
trafficking and exploitation were rescued over the weekend in coordinated raids encompassing more than 70
cities, the FBI said Monday.
The youngest child was 13 years old, the agency said.
The raids resulted in the arrest of 150 "pimps" involved in the commercial exploitation of both adults and
children, said Ronald Hosko, assistant director of the FBI's criminal investigative division.
It was the FBI's largest action to date focusing on the recovery of sexually exploited children, and took law
enforcement agencies to streets, motels, casinos and social media platforms, Hosko said. He said he hoped it would
focus attention on sex trafficking, "this threat that robs us of our children."
The pimps preyed in particular on troubled children, including children from broken homes, authorities said. In
some of the cases, they used a popular online classified site, Backpage, to sell the children for sex, authorities
said.

A new video by social analyst Mark Dice shows Obama
supporters in San Diego signing a petition to back making infanticide (post-birth abortion) legal under
Obamacare.
Dice explained that the petition supported giving parents
the right to kill children aged under 3-years-old in order to “relieve the burden to deal with the children
themselves”.
Others were told that killing babies would “help keep the population down” as they signed the petition.
One man even signed the petition while holding his own child on his shoulders as Dice explained that the
petition was to “support infanticide for small children”.
“It’s sort of like infanticide, homicide, it’s the parents’ right to eliminate the burden of having to have to
take care of the child themselves,” Dice told another signatory to the petition. “Post birth abortion….It’s like
homicide for children,” Dice told another woman.
Once again, Dice illustrated that the public can be made to get behind virtually anything, so long as it’s
backed by the words “support Obama”.
In another recent video, Media Research Center reporter Dan Joseph convinced numerous students at George Mason
University (GMU) to sign a petition demanding lawmakers legalize “fourth trimester” abortions, in other words
killing babies that had already been born.
While these videos show how gullible the
public is when it comes to supporting the horrific practice of infanticide, something that “house of horrors”
abortionist Kermit Gosnell carried out on a routine basis, legalizing post-birth abortion has actually
been seriously proposed by the medical establishment.
Last year, the University of Melbourne’s Alberto Giubilini and Francesca Minerva
wrote a paper arguing that “after-birth abortion’ (killing a newborn baby) should be permissible,
including in cases where the newborn is not disabled.”
The notion of infanticide was also implicitlybacked by MSNBC host Melissa
Harris-Perry, who recently said that newborn infants don’t count as being considered “alive”.

You may have heard that Texas is seeking to outlaw late-term abortions — the
kind of abortions that kill a nearly full-grown baby who has eyes, ears, hands, a beating heart and can
experience pain. The idea that such pre-born human beings cannot be murdered at will infuriates “pro-choice”
abortion activists, and the true inspiration for their desire to kill babies has finally emerged.
A truly bizarre, almost “creepy” video has just surfaced, revealing pro-abortion activists chanting “Hail Satan”
in unison at the Texas State Capitol building. As you can hear for yourself in the video below, people in the
background begin chanting, “Hail Satan!” during the speech of a woman who opposes late-term abortions. It appears
at 5:12 in the video and continues for many seconds.
The woman giving the speech is saying, “We have doctors down in Houston who are butchering women, butchering
children…” and the pro-abortion people raise their voices, singing and chanting, “Hail Satan! Hail Satan!” over and
over again.
Later, pro-life advocates sang, “Amazing Grace,” completing the contrast between the abortion foes and the
abortion advocates (who literally worship Satan).
Even the Church of Satan was offended
The chanting of “Hail Satan” garnered the attention of the UK Church of Satan which was offended by
it. The church
actually tweeted, “Unfortunate to see Satan’s name used in such a diabolical manner.”
Apparently the butchering of 20-week old children is too diabolical for even Satan! But it’s considered a
“right” by U.S. abortion advocates.
Obviously, not all abortion
activists are Satan worshippers, but you’ll notice that none of them have denounced the Satanists,
either. By failing to denounce it, they effectively embrace and welcome Satan worship as part of their cause.
Note that Texas is not trying to ban all abortions; it’s only banning abortions after 20 weeks. You truly have
to wonder what kind of woman keeps a baby for 20 weeks and then changes her mind and decides to kill it. This isn’t
abortion; it’s the murder of a viable, conscious human being
that’s more than 50% of the way toward birth (babies are typically born at 38 weeks).
It is very difficult for any rational argument to be made that aborting a baby that’s 20, 25 or 30 weeks old
isn’t the killing of a human being.
Post-birth abortions: kill your baby up to age three
But killing babies just before they’re born isn’t quite enough for these Satan worshippers. As has
already been revealed, abortion activists want babies to be aborted even after they are born. The
practice is called “post-birth abortion” (or simply “infanticide”) and abortion activists want women to have the
“right” to kill their children up to age three!
The “scientific” paper actually argues for the killing of babies as follows:
[W]hen circumstances occur after birth such that they would have justified abortion, what we call after-birth
abortion should be permissible. … [W]e propose to call this practice ‘after-birth abortion’, rather than
‘infanticide,’ to emphasize that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus …
rather than to that of a child. Therefore, we claim that killing a newborn could be ethically permissible in all
the circumstances where abortion would be.
It also states that, “newborns do not have the same moral status as actual persons” and “the fact that both are
potential persons is morally irrelevant.”
The conclusion of the paper states, “…if a disease has not been detected during the pregnancy, if something went
wrong during the delivery, or if economical, social or psychological circumstances change such that taking care of
the offspring becomes an unbearable burden on someone, then [killing the baby is morally justified.]”
In other words, if the parents simply decide they no longer want the baby after it’s born, it is completely
justified to kill it. This is the actual position of these abortion advocates.
To make it all easier to understand, the paper should have simply concluded with “Hail Satan.”

"legal attachés" exist in U.S. embassies and consulates general worldwide.
'Federal Bureau of Investigation organizes almost
all terror plots in the US' ...The report reveals that the FBI regularly infiltrates communities
where they suspect terrorist-minded individuals to be engaging with others. Regardless of their
intentions, agents are sent in to converse within the community, find suspects that could
potentially carry out “lone wolf” attacks and then, more or less, encourage them to do so. By
providing weaponry, funds and a plan, FBI-directed agents will encourage otherwise-unwilling
participants to plot out terrorist attacks, only to bust them before any events fully
materialize.
1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical
Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. He later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological
Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there,
he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital
patients.
1932 The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their
illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and
symptoms of the disease. They all subsequently die from syphilis, their families never told that they could have
been treated.
1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the
U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at
least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured
within poverty-striken black populations.
1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and
experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to
defend their own actions during the Holocaust.
1942 Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The
experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather
than serve on active duty.
1943 In response to Japan's full-scale germ warfare program, the U.S. begins research on
biological weapons at Fort Detrick, MD.
1944 U.S. Navy uses human subjects to test gas masks and clothing. Individuals were locked in a gas chamber
and exposed to mustard gas and lewisite.
1945 Project Paperclip is initiated. The U.S. State Department, Army intelligence, and the CIA recruit Nazi
scientists and offer them immunity and secret identities in exchange for work on top secret government projects in
the United States.
1945 "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S.
study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. One of the
most toxic chemicals known to man, fluoride, it is found, causes marked adverse effects to the central nervous
system but much of the information is squelched in the name of national security because of fear that lawsuits
would undermine full-scale production of atomic bombs.
1946 Patients in VA hospitals are used as guinea pigs for medical experiments. In order to allay
suspicions, the order is given to change the word "experiments" to "investigations" or "observations" whenever
reporting a medical study performed in one of the nation's veteran's hospitals.
1947 Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Comission issues a secret document (Document 07075001,
January 8, 1947) stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to
human subjects.
1947 The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects
(both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.
1950 Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind
residents for medical problems and mortality rates.
1950 I n an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the
U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Franciso. Monitoring devices are situated throughout the
city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.
1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last
through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.
1953 U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort
Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently
they could disperse chemical agents.
1953 Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in which tens of thousands of people in New York and San
Francisco are exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.
1953 CIA initiates Project MKULTRA. This is an eleven year research program designed to produce and test
drugs and biological agents that would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the subprojects
involved testing the agents on unwitting human beings.
1955 The CIA, in an experiment to test its ability to infect human populations with biological agents,
releases a bacteria withdrawn from the Army's biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Fl.
1955 Army Chemical Corps continues LSD research, studying its potential use as a chemical
incapacitating agent. More than 1,000 Americans participate in the tests, which continue until
1958.
1956 U.S. military releases mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, Ga and
Avon Park, Fl. Following each test, Army agents posing as public health officials test victims for
effects.
1958 LSD is tested on 95 volunteers at the Army's Chemical Warfare Laboratories for its
effect on intelligence.
1960 The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) authorizes field testing of
LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of the european population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of
the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.
1965 Project CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MKSEARCH, a program to develop a
capability to manipulate human behavior through the use of mind-altering drugs.
1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the
highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of
cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.
1966 CIA initiates Project MKOFTEN, a program to test the toxicological effects of certain
drugs on humans and animals.
1966 U.S. Army dispenses Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City
subway system. More than a million civilians are exposed when army scientists drop lightbulbs filled with the
bacteria onto ventilation grates.
1967 CIA and Department of Defense implement Project MKNAOMI, successor to MKULTRA and
designed to maintain, stockpile and test biological and chemical weapons.
1968 CIA experiments with the possibility of poisoning drinking water by injecting
chemicals into the water supply of the FDA in Washington, D.C.
1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from congress $10 million to
develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.
1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project,
under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army's top
secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce
AIDS-like retroviruses.
1970 United States intensifies its development of "ethnic weapons" (Military Review, Nov.,
1970), designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic
differences and variations in DNA.
1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed
the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) .
It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing
viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV
(Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).
1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had
been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco,
Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

1990 More than 1500 six-month old black and hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an
"experimental" measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that
parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.
1994 With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer
Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of
Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its
molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.
1994 Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for at least 50 years the
Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional
exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals,
hallucinogens, and drugs used during the Gulf War .
1995 U.S. Government admits that it had offered Japanese war criminals and scientists who
had performed human medical experiments salaries and immunity from prosecution in exchange for data on biological

War had been manufactured in Houston, TX and Boca Raton, Fl and tested on prisoners in the Texas Department of

One alternative is to do nothing in particular about it and just let things go on as they are…The question is: Are

Alexander Haig is quoted referring to the US State Department Office of Population Affairs, which was
established by Henry Kissinger in 1975. The title has since been changed to The Bureau of Oceans, International
Environmental and Scientific Affairs:
“Accordingly, the Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental and Scientific Affairs has consistently blocked
industrialization policies in the Third World, denying developing nation’s access to nuclear energy technology–the
policies that would enable countries to sustain a growing population. According to State Department sources, and
Ferguson himself, Alexander Haig is a “firm believer” in population control.
Although the above stated quotes should be sufficient to prove that the elitists in power have definite intent
to depopulate this planet to what they deem to be a sustainable level. Some will argue these are only opinions and
are of no real consequence. I will now move on to providing bits of documentation showing this is a plan that has a
worldwide scope of influence.
Most of these documents are at least 10 years old, some older. That however, does not take away from the
seriousness of the content. Do not think them invalid due to their age. It takes time to foment plans on such a
grand scale. But, if you are honest with yourself you can see glimpses of these things happening today.
I am going to cover some issues stemming from the UN Treaty on Biological Diversity (Agenda 21), which Bill
Clinton signed into law in 1993 before it was sent to the U.S. Senate for ratification.

This same treaty considers rocks to be living beings on an equal plane with human beings. Rocks, many believe,
will reincarnate into lower life forms; and gradually into human beings.

document it does not mean it was removed from the thoughts and the intended goals of those who penned it; or who
believe it.

would like to see the population of the world decrease at an astounding rate (up to 90%). This is a dark, bloody
agenda that will cause terrible hardship and pain upon millions of people.

remaining half of the US would be used as buffer zones.”

voted on. It took four men, devoted to God in prayer to stop this treaty. The treaty still waits in the wings. Upon
ratification, the US will have no ability to protect its own citizens.” -Michael

Henry Kissinger had a similar plan to use food as a weapon in 1974, found in the National Security Study
Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests; which was
adopted as official policy by then President Gerald Ford in November of 1975. This Memorandum
outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in lesser-developed countries by means of
birth control, and implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National
Security Advisor, (the same post Scowcroft held in the Bush Administration), was put in charge of implementing the
plan. CIA Director George H.W. Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the Secretaries of State, Treasury,
Defense and Agriculture.
This document has never been renounced, only certain portions have been amended, leaving it as
the foundational document on population control issued in the U.S. Government.

weapon, stating that food is “a beautiful instrument…for maneuvering and disciplining the masses.” Food has been
used as a weapon of war for centuries. Why then would it be outrageous for the elite to use food as a weapon, both
a physical and a psychological weapon, in a declared war on overpopulation? It would not be outrageous at all. As
has been said time and time again, history repeats itself.
Now we will cover the Earth Charter.
The Earth Charter; A Radical Global Religion, created by Mikhail Gorbachev and Michael
Strong: “The Earth Charter initiative reflects the conviction that a radical change in
humanity’s attitudes and values is essential to achieve social, economic and ecological well-being in
the 21st century… The commission…plans to circulate a final version of the Charter as a People’s Treaty beginning
in mid-1998. The Charter will be submitted to the U.N. General Assembly in the year 2000…(where it will) ensure a
very strong document that reflects the emerging new global ethics.” This is unprecedented
(it is) the first component of an authentic global governance. We are working for
dialogue and peace. We are demonstrating our ability to assert control over our fate in a spirit of solidarity to
organize our collective sovereignty over this planet, our common heritage.”
The American people were not allowed to see this. Americans as a whole do not want the UN to be the head of a
world government. The one thing the majority of this country values, above most everything else, is their freedom.
Or the semblance of freedom we have left should I say.
At the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the Presidential Council on Sustainable Development in 1996 came to the
conclusion that the world’s human population should not exceed 500 million people. That is a
93% reduction in population!
According to the UN video, “Armed to the Teeth”; and also in the Freedom From War Policy -put into effect by JFK
in 1961-general and complete disarmament and US military power was given over, in full, to the UN. This is a loss

The Earth Charter (1992), A Spiritual Vision: “A consensus has developed that the Earth
Charter should be…the articulation of a spiritual
vision that reflects universal spiritual
values, including, but not limited to, ethical values…a people’s charter that serves as a
universal code of conduct for ordinary
citizens, educators, business executives, scientists, religious leaders, non-governmental organizers and
national councils of sustainable development; and a declaration of principles that can serve as a “soft tax”
document when endorsed by the UN General Assembly. ”
In its original form, The Earth Charter failed miserably due to open, blatant pantheistic approach. Gorbachev
and Strong have worked diligently to change the language and make it appear less obvious. You may be wondering what
the Earth Charter has to do with depopulation. It has everything to do with it. Here is a very brief synopsis of
what the Charter holds for us.
According to the Charter, we must:
* “Recognize that all beings are interdependent and every form of life has value…” (Unborn children, of course,
are not included in the UN’s definition of “every form of life.” The Earth Summit II documents continue to support
the UN’s pro-abortion policies.)
* “Affirm faith in the inherent dignity of all human beings.” (UN agencies, however, support policies of
euthanasia for those determined not capable of living a “quality” life.)
* “Adopt at all levels sustainable development plans and regulations….” (This is a prescription for global
socialism in a super-regulated global state.)
* “Prevent pollution of any part of the environment…” (Enforcing this dictum would mean stopping virtually all
human activity.)
* “Internalize the full environmental and social costs of goods and services in the selling price.” (This
seemingly harmless sentence would empower the state to price, tax, and regulate all production and
consumption.)
* “Ensure universal access to health care that fosters reproductive health and responsible reproduction. (This
is a thinly disguised call for that includes abortion and population control.)
* “Eliminate discrimination in all its forms, such as that based on race … [and] sexual orientation.” (This
provision is clearly aimed at criminalizing those who refuse to accept homosexuality as positive and good.)
* “Promote the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations. (See;

Do not make the mistake of assuming it has not been interwoven into our society, however! It is being taught in our
schools and promoted shamelessly by Hollywood, the UN, NBC (owned by GE), ABC, CBS, CNN, HLN & all the Fox
owned stations, with the exception of Fox News in order to keep the supporters blinded to the machinations of
Rupert Murdock. Do not be deceived!
The ability to freely procreate is soon to be removed from us, much as it has been in China for many years. Not
only will we not be allowed to have children, anyone who is termed a “useless eater” (A term coined by Henry

America is scheduled to become compliant to Codex Alimentarius (CA) as of December 31, 2009.
Codex Alimentarius is going to regulate virtually anything that you put into your mouth that is not a
pharmaceutical. The World Trade Organization (WTO) has accepted Codex Alimentarius and any nation that is a member
of the WTO must become compliant with CA. In any dispute between 2 countries, the one that is
Codex compliant automatically wins. This is quite an incentive for all nations to become compliant. – Rima

CA guidelines set for vitamins & minerals are said to be voluntary, however, they are scheduled to become
mandatory on December 31, 2009. In 1994, Codex Alimentarius declared nutrients to be
poisons: See the Dietary Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA).Yet fluoride is
acceptable! Why? It creates complacency. Proper nutrients will ensure a longer, healthier life. Not at all in
keeping with a depopulation agenda.

it will be illegal to send any high nutrient density biscuits. Or to distribute them!!
Once a country becomes CA compliant, CA can never be repealed. Membership with the WTO robs the member
nations of any and all sovereignty. Germany is now CA compliant.
Codex Alimentarius goes hand in hand with Agenda 21 and the Kyoto Treaty. The deadline to implement both Agenda

Agenda 21 was birthed out of the Rio Summit 1992. Agenda 21 (A 21), a.k.a. Smart Growth, Regionalism, Visioning
Processes, Action Plans, Shared Values; 20/20, Best Practices; Community Festivals & Public/Private
Partnerships. These are the names you will hear A 21 called, the buzzwords.
Every county must set up a council to oversee the implementation of A 21. A 21 is Sustainable Development.
Steven Rockefeller set up the Earth Charter, referenced above. The Earth Charter is the new One World Religion:
Earth worship. The earth is considered to be ‘sacred’, and its protection is a ‘sacred trust’. Global
responsibility will demand basic changes in values, behaviors and attitudes of government, the private sector, and
civil society.
Under Sustainable Development man is considered to be responsible for the pollution of the planet and is
subordinate to all other living creatures. This is a direct contradiction to the Bible where God
placed man in a position of dominance over the entire earth. The elite will worship and serve the creature, rather
than the Creator.

Blood Offerings. If there is
