Here's an excerpt: Just a few days ago, there was a monumental court case in Alberta, Canada, that the media is desperately trying to conceal. Here is a watered-down version of the case (without mentioning the case) in a Canadian news outlet: Alberta is lifting much of its remaining COVID-19 restrictions in the coming weeks. Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Deena Hinshaw, in her first COVID-19 update since June 29, announced Wednesday that starting Aug. 16, people who test positive for COVID-19 will not be mandated to quarantine anymore. Additionally, Albertans with COVID-19 symptoms will not be asked to get tested, but to stay at home until they feel better. That was just part of a shift in the province's public health response as it moves to lift a number of measures related to quarantine, isolation and masks. Starting Thursday, close contacts of COVID-19 cases will no longer be mandated to quarantine. Masks won't be mandatory in public transit, rideshares and taxies starting on Aug. 16, the province announced. Some masking may still be required in hospitals or continuing care facilities. The backstory is that an Alberta citizen named Pat King went to court after he was fined $1,200 for violating a Covid law banning more than 10 people assembling together. In court last month, King subpoenaed the Chief Medical Officer, Deena Hinshaw, to present the court with material evidence that Covid existed. Hinshaw and the Alberta provincial government could not produce the material evidence for the isolation of SARS-COV-2. Because the Chief Medical Officer of Health of Alberta could not produce the requested material evidence, Alberta closed its Covid regime—contact tracing, quarantining, masks, social distancing, etc. Instead, they declared Covid to be no more than a flu. Americans all over the country should be following this brave Canadian’s example and start demanding that the respective governments (State, county and municipal) prove in a court of law via scientific data that SARS-COV-2 exists. As several scholars and researchers have well documented, that data does not exist. All over Europe, especially in France, Italy and Germany, millions of people are taking to the streets in protest over myriad draconian Covid restrictions to their liberties. The American people should follow suit. But more than taking to the streets (although there is a place for that too), we need to be taking to the courts. It’s time for these wannabe tyrants in government and the medical establishment to come to an open court of law and show the science proving the novel coronavirus. The World Health Organization provides public health recommendations about the use of pharmacologic drugs and vaccines and provides guidelines and assistance in public health emergencies. When it was founded in 1948, the WHO relied on funding from its member states; their contributions were assessed based on their national income and population. The funds were not earmarked for any particular policy. In those days, the WHO was an independent organization. But over time, the WHO leadership traded its independence and with it, its integrity, for big money. In 1988, Halfdan Mahler, Director General of the WHO from 1973 to 1988, warned the world against the power wielded by the pharmaceutical industry over the WHO. He stated, in the Danish daily newspaper (Politiken): “this industry is taking over WHO”. Unfortunately, no one at that time believed him.[1] The take-over intensified; with Big Pharma dictating global public health policies that the WHO initiates and promotes. Those policies have vastly enriched Big Pharma, and the WHO has been generously rewarded for its service. Currently, 80% of the WHO budget relies on earmarked donations; primarily from the U.S. government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Big Pharma. The WHO revenue in 2016-2017 was $5, 139 Billion, of which only $927 million came from assessed contributions by member states; these “core” funds cover the WHO’s general expenses. By contrast, $4,422 Billion were provided by major donors; and these funds are earmarked for activities that serve the donor’s financial interests. These major donors dictate and control the WHO policies, ensuring that WHO policies further their interests. [2] The WHO, it should be noted, is not accountable to public scrutiny – as non-profits are. The internal documents of the WHO are not available under Freedom of Information, and most of the WHO’s financial contracts are secret. In essence, the WHO became a vassal of, and the global marketing agent for Big Pharma and its aggressive drug and vaccine market expansion agenda. Time and again, the WHO has demonstrated its allegiance to its financial backers; adopting that have vastly enriched Pharma – even as the widespread, use – and misuse – of multi-drug cocktails and multi-virus vaccines – have caused epidemic number of serious adverse side-effects, hospitalizations, chronic illnesses, and deaths. [3] During Margaret Chan’s tenure, Bill Gates has had a disproportionate influence over the WHO; his foundation has contributed more than $2.4 billion, while member countries have grown reluctant to put their money into the agency, especially after the 2008 global financial crisis. Trump Fast-Tracking
Donald Trump is, once again, showing his true colors: He is in the process of fast-tracking forced vaccinations for the coronavirus. The narrative that corona poses a serious health risk to the vast majority of people under the age of 80 who have a normal, healthy immune system is a bald-faced lie. As a preacher, I’ll go so far as to say that it’s a lie from the pits of Hell. Many people in the medical and research industries are now coming forward with documentation to prove that the CDC/Fauci/Gates/White House/mainstream media narrative on corona is a total and absolute fraud, and the only people who don’t see it are people who don’t want to see it—or people who have a vested interest in not seeing it. Here is University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Chair of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Donald Yealy: A UPMC doctor on Thursday made a case the death rate for people infected with the new coronavirus may be as low as 0.25% — far lower than the mortality rates of 2-4% or even higher cited in the early days of the pandemic. Dr. Donald Yealy based it partly on studies of levels of coronavirus antibodies detected in people in New York and California, and partly on COVID-19 deaths in the Pittsburgh region. The studies found that 5-20% of people had been exposed to the coronavirus, with many noticing only mild illness or none at all, he said. “We’ve learned that way more people, far, far more people have actually been exposed to the infection without any knowledge of it. That makes the overall death rate much lower,” said Yealy, who is UPMC’s chair of emergency medicine. “Many people just didn’t feel sick at all and recovered without difficulty.” Yealy said only 2% of the UPMC system’s 5,500 beds are occupied by COVID-19 patients and the number of new COVID-19 patients is declining. He cited that figure in explaining UPMC’s plans to quickly increase its volume of the non-emergency surgeries that were largely banned to conserve beds and supplies for COVID-19 patients. The ban is now being eased as the volume of COVID-19 patients falls short of worst-case predictions. When I gave Dr. Annie Bukacek the podium at Liberty Fellowship and she blew the whistle on the way the CDC was encouraging (or even insisting) that physicians fudge corona deaths upward on death certificates, it opened the floodgates of testimony from medical professionals. Now, physicians, researchers and scientists all over America are exposing corona for the hoax that it is. (The reason the rest of them are not speaking out is probably because they are under contract with the hospitals, and their positions could be terminated.) For example, on April 16, 2020, the CDC and its propaganda lackeys in the mainstream media reported corona deaths as being 54,217. But when you look deeper at the CDC statistics, you find that deaths from corona on that date were actually only 11,356 (and that’s including the fudged numbers). The 54,000 figure that they were publishing were deaths attributed to bacterial pneumonia, influenza OR corona. That means, of course, 4/5 of the people whose stated cause of death was corona actually died with complications of pneumonia and/or influenza, but corona was listed as the sole cause of death. Now, on the heels of this kind of medical fraud and media manipulation, Donald Trump is fast-tracking Operation Warp Speed that will enact mandatory vaccinations. President Donald Trump now has a new goal: Operation Warp Speed. That’s a partnership with “pharmaceutical companies and the military” in a rush to create a coronavirus vaccine that will be mandatory. He’s stepping into Bill Gates’ shoes. According to a report by Bloomberg, the Trump administration is organizing a Manhattan Project-style effort to drastically cut the time needed to develop a coronavirus vaccine, with the goal of making enough doses for most Americans by year’s end. Instead of eliminating the police state and tyranny, Trump is doing the opposite. He’s now sided with Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci making him complicate [sic] in the removal of people’s basic human rights. It’s time to call a spade a spade, and a tyrant a tyrant. Brian from the YouTube channel High Impact Flix detailed the problems with vaccine [sic] and how quickly Trump pivoted to help the biggest and most corrupt pharmaceutical companies in the world. “I wanna ask you a question. Are you really against vaccines? Are you against government-subsidized, taxpayer-funded, pharmaceutical benefiting, Bill Gates supported, vaccines? Now let me ask you this question: are you for or against Donald Trump? Are you for or against Barack Obama? Do you suffer from cognitive dissonance? Are you trying to hold two mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed ideas or beliefs in your minds at the same time?” The mainstream media is now saying this is a good thing, Trump is doing the right thing, and their reporting of it should concern anyone who wants the freedom to decide what goes into their body. At 2:28 in the above video, there is a clip of Trump saying people “have to take the shot” and get the vaccination. “Wait ’til you see the name of the operation…I thought ‘no way. No. It can’t be this blatant.’ And if this is true, there’s no way people are still gonna be for Trump after this...Called Operation Warp Speed, the project will join pharmaceutical companies and with government agencies and THE MILITARY...they’re all in bed together, guys! We’ve known this! Now, they’re just putting it in our faces! ‘Look, see? Here’s that thing you can do about it! We’re gonna get the vaccine going! You’re gonna have to have vaccine certifications!'” Brian doesn’t mince words: “Are you really still for Master Trump? You know people were checked out. You guys who are for Trump now, you call people who were for Obama, the signing of the NDAA and the resigning of the Patriot Act under Obama, you said: ‘oh that’s that’s tyranny! This is a tyrant! He’s acting in a despotic manner!’ You were right. But then Trump comes along and does the same thing…just like Obama did. SILENCE!…Cuz everybody that supports Trump that was against Obama…are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites and that’s why our country and our world is goin’ down. Because people are not gonna stand fast on, and hold firm to the truth! What has the world come to?” This news isn’t going to sit well with some, but we have to be steadfast when it comes to our rights and our freedom. We need to know what these people who declare themselves our rulers are planning to do to us. Trump is pushing the elitists’ agenda for ID2020. Do you still support Trump after this? You are reading it right: Donald Trump is authorizing the merger of Big Pharma and the U.S. military to FORCE the American people to be vaccinated for a virus that is itself a global hoax. All of this is to please the power elite, especially billionaire globalist Bill Gates and globalist mad scientist Anthony Fauci. Bobby Kennedy, Jr. is telling us in no uncertain terms that this forced-vaccination scheme is going to put billions of dollars into the corrupt, criminal coffers of Fauci and Gates: Bobby Kennedy Jr. was on a podcast this past week where he dropped some bombs about the perils of vaccinations. In his interview at the 50:00 minute mark, Kennedy shares the following: You have the Vaccine Act of 86. Now you have a project that has no liability so they have no incentive to make it safe. Not only that they don’t have to test it and in fact they have an incentive not to test it because the only way you can get sued under the Vaccine Act is if you can show that the company knew of an injury and didn’t list it on the manufacturer’s insert. So there’s an incentive to know as little about the product as possible. And, you can’t sue them, and there’s no market force that keeps them in check. Because you can say that the vaccine is mandated for 78 million kids. And, so the industry got together and manufacturers said, holy cow, now we have a product that has no liability, and that’s the biggest cost for drugs. So they said, number one, we don’t have to test it, that’s a huge cost avoided. Number two, there’s no liability and that’s the biggest cost avoided. Number three, there’s no marketing or advertising costs, because it’s mandated. So it’s just like printing money. If you can get a vaccine on the CDC’s recommended schedule it averages about a billion dollars annually in pure profits for your company. When I was a kid I got three vaccines and was fully compliant and today’s kids get 72 vaccines. At the 59:00 minute mark, Kennedy shares the money and connections between Dr. Fauci and the Gates Foundation: Tony Fauci has many, many vaccine patents… and there’s one vaccine patent that he has that is a way of packaging a coronavirus with some other vaccine … in a protein sheet… and then delivering it through a vaccine… he somehow ended up owning that patent… Tony Fauci will be able to cash in …. So Fauci’s agency will collect half the royalties for that vaccine [related to the coronavirus]. If professing Christians and conservatives continue to stand by Donald Trump and accept his plan of forced vaccinations, it will be the death of the Bill of Rights and freedom in America. And that is no exaggeration. This plan will doubtless include medical tracking (read: total government surveillance over our lives, including every person we contact and every place we go) and medical certificates (read: government papers or skin implantations or even readable components included in the vaccine itself) as a condition of working or traveling and perhaps even buying and selling. While brainwashed Scofield dispensationalists were worshipping the antichrist State of Israel and standing around waiting for a Christian Zionist pre-tribulation “rapture” fairytale, America was plunging into a true tyrannical tribulation with the hellish trinity of Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci and Donald Trump leading the charge—and Christians didn’t even seem to notice. CHRISTIANS, WAKE UP! We are not talking about politics. We are talking about our children’s future. We are talking about our right to work, our right to travel, our right to live free, our right to freely worship. We are talking about truth and justice. We are talking about our Constitution and Bill of Rights. We are talking about our very existence. You can cuss me all you want. But I’m not the one trying to enslave you. I’m not the one trying to give you the “mark of the beast.” I’m not the one trying to take away your right to work and travel without government permission. I’m not the one trying to force you and your children to be injected with who knows what kinds of chemicals. But Bill Gates and Tony Fauci are doing exactly that, and they are doing it with Trump’s help. In fact, they cannot do it without him. It’s time to stop getting mad at the messenger who’s telling you the truth and start getting mad at these politicians in both parties and the mad scientists in the Big Pharma/medical industrial complex who are trying to become despots and dictators at the expense of our lives and liberties. If Christian’s don’t stand up NOW against Trump’s forced vaccination plan, they will have no one to blame but themselves for the collapse of freedom—including the freedom of worship—in this country. Those who refuse the vaccine are going to wake up in a nightmarish world where Freedom no longer exists—a world where the lack of the “mark” (government certificate, voucher or even implanted chip or digital tattoo of some sort) will mean that the freedom of work, travel and buying and selling is almost impossible. Virginia State officials are already promising that the corona vaccination will be MANDATORY for all Virginia residents—NO EXCEPTIONS. State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver told 8News on Friday that he plans to mandate coronavirus vaccinations for Virginians once one is made available to the public. Virginia state law gives the Commissioner of Health the authority to mandate immediate immunizations during a public health crisis if a vaccine is available. Health officials say an immunization could be released as early as 2021. Dr. Oliver says that, as long as he is still the Health Commissioner, he intends to mandate the coronavirus vaccine. The decision comes after Massachusetts said it would make the flu vaccine mandatory this year as part of a campaign to protect the state's medical system. We suspect Virginia and Massachusetts won't be the only states to discuss mandatory COVID and/or flu vaccination in the coming weeks, as the school year begins. There is absolutely no doubt that Virginia and Massachusetts will not be the only states to mandate the corona vaccination. Not to mention the number of major corporations that will mandate the vaccination for all of their employees. And, no doubt, government agencies (federal, State, county and municipal) will require their employees to take the shot as well. I also look for public schools to mandate the corona vaccination for all of their employees and students. Schools already require a plethora of vaccines for incoming pupils. All 50 states now require children to be vaccinated for multiple diseases before they’re allowed to begin kindergarten. California requires vaccinations before kids can attend preschool or go to daycare, with no religious exemptions allowed. Connecticut forces parents to have their children vaccinated for an astonishing 9 separate potential illnesses. But get this: Bill Gates, the man who makes billions of dollars profiting from Big Pharma’s vaccines, refused to vaccinate his own children. Given that the vaccination issue now impacts all families in America, directly or indirectly, you’d think it would have garnered more media attention when it was learned that vaccine champion and Microsoft founder Bill Gates refused to allow his own children to be vaccinated. This admission came from the Gates family’s personal physician in Seattle, who was speaking behind closed doors with other doctors at a symposium last year (someone at the conference leaked the conversation, so the doctor himself technically did not violate doctor-patient confidentiality rules). The doctor reportedly told his colleagues, “I don’t know if he (Gates) had them vaccinated as adults, but I can tell you he point blank refused to vaccinate them as children.” It also seems like Bill Gates and the elites know something about vaccines that the rest of us aren’t being told. Well, one of the things we aren’t being told is the rampant corruption surrounding the largest vaccine manufacturers. Under “Operation Warp Speed” the Department of Health and Human Services has allocated around $10 billion to feed into giant multinational multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations – each with a track record of bribery, corruption, market manipulation, and price gouging. The US Department of Health and Human Services itself is headed by Alex Azar – former president of pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly – which was accused of manipulating the price of insulin in the US, and fined for doing so in Mexico – Politico reported in its article, “Trump’s HHS secretary nominee boosted drug prices while at Eli Lilly.” If COVID-19 was truly the danger we are told it is – why has the Western World placed its trust in the most corrupt corporations on Earth? Why do Western governments draw department and ministry heads from these corporations? Why is the development of these vaccines being done in secret by for-profit corporations through the use of proprietary technology rather than as an exercise in open, international collaboration? Upon seeing examples of the colossal corruption carried out by each of these “Operation Warp Speed” candidates it will become clear that their collective appearance at the trough of $10 billion in taxpayer dollars to develop a COVID-19 “vaccine” is the capstone upon a long, sordid history of profiting at the expense of the general population’s money and even their health. Six of the eight corporations shown in a table in Forbes’ article are Western pharmaceutical giants. They include: *Johnson and Johnson; Four of the six are convicted – not accused of or suspected of – but convicted of criminality ranging from falsifying research, the bribing of doctors, regulators, legislatures, and even law enforcement officials, to the marketing of drugs to children for conditions not approved of by regulators, and false advertising – just to mention a few. One company is accused of recently manipulating the stock market as part of its inclusion in “Operation Warp Speed.” The last company simply takes US government money by the billions and produces nothing. A normal person would not likely trust a convicted criminal – recently released from prison – walking up to their front door and injecting an unknown substance into their body claiming it protects them from some sort of disease or condition. Yet that is precisely what the West does when they roll up their sleeves to be injected by substances created by pharmaceutical corporations repeatedly convicted of the worst possible crimes such businesses could commit. The difference of course is a criminal walking up to you on the street raises immediate red flags. A criminal corporation hiding behind bribed doctors with clean white coats, certificates affixed to their walls, professional, clean, and well-light [sic] examination rooms, stamps of approval from government regulators, and all the other facades of modern Western healthcare – lulls the public into a false sense of trust and safety these corporations and their products do not deserve. If you don’t think that money—and the love of it—is driving this scamdemic, you are seriously naïve. For going along with and enforcing the Covid narrative, hospitals are receiving billions of dollars from the federal government. So are State and county governments, airline companies, nursing homes, churches, businesses, just about everyone. In other words, these organizations and corporations are being BRIBED by the federal government with billions of taxpayer dollars (or more accurately, with Fed-created/borrowed monies) to push the Covid narrative. This is NOT about our health and safety. In fact, our overall health and safety are seriously DECLINING every day that this phony narrative continues. This is old-fashioned Crony Capitalism (also known as Fascism) being used to create totalitarianism in what was a free constitutional republic. For example, here in Montana, Covid positives amount to less than 1% of the population. The Covid death percentage is statistically zero at .009%. For these truly normal—or even subnormal—case numbers, the State has received almost $243 million in Covid relief monies. (Almost $24 million came into our own Flathead County.) That is over $100 million more than was requested and doubtless went to local and county governments. And that is on top of the $1.25 billion already received from the Fed. FOR WHAT? Hospitals are empty and laying people off; government services (including the Postal Service) are slower than ever; banking institutions have closed their lobbies and shortened their work days; city councilmen, county commissioners and health boards are meeting behind closed doors and are more aloof from the citizenry than ever before; businesses are operating at half-capacity; grocery stores stay half empty; and churches are still closed. Good grief! McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants are still drive-in only. Again, FOR WHAT? Furthermore, I’m here to tell you that the shadow government picks the president, not the people of the United States; and Donald Trump is their man for 2020. Yep! Trump will win the November election. How do I know that? Because the power elite know that if Biden wins, there would be a monstrous uprising from Christians and conservatives against the forthcoming mandatory corona vaccinations. But with Trump at the helm, they will do what they have been doing for the past four years—and especially for the past six months: NOTHING! They will sheepishly submit to the corona vaccination just like they have sheepishly submitted to wearing those stupid masks, social distancing demands, lockdowns, shutdowns, church closings, etc. G.W. Bush was selected by the shadow government to install the Department of Homeland Security, the Patriot Act and America’s ubiquitous surveillance state. Kennedy—both lifelong Democrats. He is putting the vast majority of Republicans, conservatives and evangelicals to shame in his fight to resist this medical tyranny now being waged against us. Dr. Anthony Fauci is a “criminal” according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has vowed to bring the immunologist and head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to justice. Fauci became a household name in recent times, but he has been a key figure in the U.S. public health sphere for decades — and according to Kennedy Jr., his criminality has had disastrous consequences. Fauci, 79, has been the head of NIAID for a long time, becoming director in 1984. As the director, he is responsible for a large portfolio of research on established and emerging diseases. As per his NIAID bio, Fauci’s purview includes HIV/AIDS, respiratory infections, tuberculosis, malaria, Ebola, Zika and now COVID-19. He also oversees research on autoimmune disorders. According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who serves as the chair of Children’s Health Defense Fund, Fauci has “committed one of the most consequential criminal conspiracies in history.” According to Kennedy Jr., Fauci “distributes $6b annually in research grants” and he personally ensures that “studies of autism’s environmental causes never get funded.” When in 2008 NIH’s Autism Coordinating Committee allocated $16 million to study the potential links between autism and vaccines, Kennedy Jr. says Fauci and Tom Insel, the director of the National Institute of Mental Health, killed the studies. “They have committed one of the most consequential criminal conspiracies in history,” said Kennedy Jr. “Children’s Health Defense will bring these criminals to justice.” The people of America (especially Christians and conservatives) have one chance—just one chance—to save this republic. They must stand up en masse—and I mean by the tens of millions—against the forthcoming mandatory coronavirus vaccination. Already, statist “Christian” leaders are in the process of sedating Christian people into accepting the mark (or medical brand or digital tattoo or whatever symbol of state ownership Gates and Company comes up with). And, of course, America’s larger churches and their pastors have received billions of dollars of federal tax dollars via the CARES Act and are, therefore, already bribed into compliance. That means if Christians and conservatives are going to stand against this tyranny, they are going to have to do it without the aid and assistance from the vast majority of their pastors and church leaders. But do it they must, because there will not be a second chance if they do not. While they all have their place in an overall strategy to defend the Constitution, none of them should be the first step forward. That is, if you follow the advice of the “Father of the Constitution.” Here’s what James Madison had to say in Federalist #46. The Influence of the State and Federal Governments Compared:
Let me translate. Madison said that when the federal government passes an unconstitutional measure there are powerful methods to oppose it – amongst the people and in the states. He also pointed out that those methods were available even for warrantable, that is constitutional, measures. Madison told us of four things that should be done to resist federal powers, whether merely unpopular, or unconstitutional. 1. Disquietude of the people – Madison expected the people would throw a fit when the feds usurped power – even using the word “repugnance” to describe their displeasure. That leads to the next step. 2. Repugnance and Refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union – Noncompliance. The #1 dictionary of the time defined repugnance as “disobedient; not obsequious” (compliant). If you want to stop the federal government, you have to disobey them. Madison also suggested that people would perhaps directly refuse to cooperate with federal agents. This is an approach we preach here every day at the Tenth Amendment Center. James Madison apparently knew what we know today. The feds rely on cooperation from state and local governments, as well as individuals. When enough people refuse to comply, they simply can’t enforce their so-called laws. 3, The frowns of the executive magistracy of the State – Here Madison envisions governors formally protesting federal actions. This not only raises public awareness; executive leadership will also lead to the next step – legislative action. 4. Legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions – Madison keeps this open-ended, and in the years soon after, which I’ll cover shortly, we learn how both he and Thomas Jefferson applied this step. Madison also told us that if several adjoining States would do the same it would be an effective tool to stop federal acts. To repeat, he said that doing this “would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.” Judge Andrew Napolitano agreed recently and said that people need to stop enforcing unconstitutional federal laws. He also said that if you could get an entire state doing this, it would make federal laws “nearly impossible to enforce.” What’s important to note here, are some glaring omissions. The powerful means that Madison told us would be used to oppose federal power successfully did NOT include federal lawsuits in federal courts. He also did NOT include “voting the bums out” as a strategy, either. FIRST RESPONSE Compare that with how people generally respond to what they consider unconstitutional or unpopular federal acts today. The first thing I tend to hear from people who are opposed to a federal act is the “vote the bums out” mantra. We’ll fire congress, right? Or some people tell us we have to sue and let the courts decide. I’ve got some news for you. There’s nothing from the founders – anywhere – in which they tell us that our first response to extreme, repeated violations of the constitution and liberty is to vote the bums out, or sue the feds in federal court. Nothing. LEGISLATIVE DEVICES Thomas Jefferson followed up on this in 1798 with the same kind of advice. That year, the Adams administration passed a wildly unconstitutional attack on the freedom of speech with the Alien and Sedition Acts. In response, while sitting as vice-president, Jefferson secretly drafted the Kentucky Resolutions, and here’s a little of what he wrote:
Madison was consistent in his views on this. In 1798, he also drafted and help pass something known as the Virginia Resolutions, a state-level “legislative device” in response to the Alien and Sedition Acts. Here’s a key part:
Like Madison advised in Federalist #46, both he and Thomas Jefferson advised a state-level response to dangerous federal acts. In 1798, neither of them even mentioned voting or lawsuits. Napolitano - “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” — Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) One of my Fox colleagues recently sent me an email attachment of a painting of the framers signing the Constitution of the United States. Except in this version, George Washington — who presided at the Constitutional Convention — looks at James Madison — who was the scrivener at the Convention — and says, “None of this counts if people get sick, right?” In these days of state governors issuing daily decrees purporting to criminalize the exercise of our personal freedoms, the words put into Washington’s mouth are only mildly amusing. Had Washington actually asked such a question, Madison, of all people, would likely have responded: “No. This document protects our natural rights at all times and under all circumstances.” It is easy, 233 years later, to offer that hypothetical response, particularly since the Supreme Court has done so already when, as readers of this column will recall, Abraham Lincoln suspended the constitutionally guaranteed writ of habeas corpus — the right to be brought before a judge upon arrest — only to be rebuked by the Supreme Court. The famous line above by Benjamin Franklin, though uttered in a 1755 dispute between the Pennsylvania legislature and the state’s governor over taxes, nevertheless provokes a truism. Namely, that since our rights come from our humanity, not from the government, foolish people can only sacrifice their own freedoms, not the freedoms of others. Thus, freedom can only be taken away when the government proves fault at a jury trial. This protection is called procedural due process, and it, too, is guaranteed in the Constitution. Of what value is a constitutional guarantee if it can be violated when people get sick? If it can, it is not a guarantee; it is a fraud. Stated differently, a constitutional guarantee is only as valuable and reliable as is the fidelity to the Constitution of those in whose hands we have reposed it for safekeeping. Because the folks in government, with very few exceptions, suffer from what St. Augustine called libido dominandi — the lust to dominate — when they are confronted with the age-old clash of personal liberty versus government force, they will nearly always come down on the side of force. How do they get away with this? By scaring the daylights out of us. I never thought I’d see this in my lifetime, though our ancestors saw this in every generation. In America today, we have a government of fear. Machiavelli offered that men obey better when they fear you than when they love you. Sadly, he was right, and the government in America knows this. But Madison knew this as well when he wrote the Constitution. And he knew it four years later when he wrote the Bill of Rights. He intentionally employed language to warn those who lust to dominate that, however they employ governmental powers, the Constitution is “the Supreme Law of the Land” and all government behavior in America is subject to it. Even if the legislature of the State of New York ordered, as my friend Gov. Andrew Cuomo — who as the governor, cannot write laws that incur criminal punishment — has ordered, it would be invalid as prohibited by the Constitution. This is not a novel or an arcane argument. This is fundamental American law. Yet, it is being violated right before our eyes by the very human beings we have elected to uphold it. And each of them — every governor interfering with the freedom to make one’s own choices — has taken an express oath to comply with the Constitution. You want to bring the family to visit grandma? You want to engage in a mutually beneficial, totally voluntary commercial transaction? You want to go to work? You want to celebrate Mass? These are all now prohibited in one-third of the United States. I tried and failed to find Mass last Sunday. When did the Catholic Church become an agent of the state? How about an outdoor Mass? What is the nature of freedom? It is an unassailable natural claim against all others, including the government. Stated differently, it is your unconditional right to think as you wish, to say what you think, to publish what you say, to associate with whomever wishes to be with you no matter their number, to worship or not, to defend yourself, to own and use property as you see fit, to travel where you wish, to purchase from a willing seller, to be left alone. And to do all this without a government permission slip. What is the nature of government? It is the negation of freedom. It is a monopoly of force in a designated geographic area. When elected officials fear that their base is slipping, they will feel the need to do something — anything — that will let them claim to be enhancing safety. Trampling liberty works for that odious purpose. Hence a decree commanding obedience, promising safety and threatening punishment. These decrees — issued by those who have no legal authority to issue them, enforced by cops who hate what they are being made to do, destructive of the freedoms that our forbearers shed oceans of blood to preserve and crushing economic prosperity by violating the laws of supply and demand — should all be rejected by an outraged populace, and challenged in court. These challenges are best filed in federal courts, where those who have trampled our liberties will get no special quarter. I can tell you from my prior life as a judge that most state governors fear nothing more than an intellectually honest, personally courageous, constitutionally faithful federal judge. Pregnant Nurse Fired for Refusing Flu Vaccine Vaccine’s insert warns it is “not known” whether shot

After reading the vaccine Fluzone’s insert and learning it was “not known” whether the shot could cause harm to her unborn baby, 29-year-old healthcare worker Dreonna Breton opted not to take the risk. The section of the insert that worried Breton states, “It is.. not known whether Fluzone can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.” The insert also cautioned that “Fluzone should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.” “It would be a false statement to say the flu vaccine is known to be safe during pregnancy,” Breton accurately assessed from the data available to her. A history of miscarriage, in addition to a note from her doctor recommending she not take the vaccine made her all the more wary. “In my view getting the flu shot would significantly and negatively impact her health because of the increased fear and anxiety it would create as well as the emotional impact it could cause if she does miscarry again,” her doctor’s note read. As part of the Lancaster General Health network, her employer, Horizon Healthcare Services, requires all staff be inoculated. Breton’s occupation involved going to patients’ homes and assisting with drug and nutrition infusion services. “I honestly didn’t think it was going to be a problem but I was immediately met with the resistance that if I didn’t take the vaccine by the November 15 deadline I would be terminated,” Breton told the UK’s Daily Mail.
To her surprise, her concerns were glossed over. Meanwhile she says others face little resistance when refusing vaccines based on religious grounds.
“This is important to me for the reasons it’s important to me. I feel I have a legitimate concern,” she told the Daily Mail. “I asked several doctors what happens to the fetus, or do we even know what happens and they can’t answer because the study hasn’t been done.” “I have taken care of patients who have become paralyzed after having the shot and if that can happen to a full grown person who knows what can happen to a growing fetus.” “It is frustrating that someone can say ‘religiously I can’t do this’ but I can say I’m not comfortable about this for serious medical reasons and I lose my job.” “I have lost my job, one that I love and am good at, because I chose to do what I believe is best for my baby,” Breton lamented. In contrast to Fluzone’s own declaration that it is “not known” whether the vaccine “can cause fetal harm,” the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s stance is literally “Pregnant? Get a Flu Shot.” A section titled, “The Flu Shot is Safe for Pregnant Women,” on the CDC’s site attempts to strong-arm pregnant women into injecting themselves with potentially deadly chemical cocktails. Fired for Vaccine Refusal: Woman to Sue Hospital over Mandatory Flu Shot Christina Sarich Think you have complete autonomy when it comes to your health? Think again; Big Pharma may be trying to control us all. But Karen Good of Warsaw thinks that her former employer, the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital in Ohio, should keep their hands off her body, and even more important, that she shouldn’t be fired for refusing to get a vaccine.
Even after utilizing a clearly stated religious exemption outlined in her workplace policy, she was fired when she refused to get the flu vaccine. Good has now filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Southern District Court of Ohio claiming wrongful termination. The lawsuit states that in October of 2012, the hospital implemented a policy that mandated all employees receiving the flu shot (including H1N1, influenza A and influenza B no later than Nov. 1 of the same year. Previously, the vaccines were offered but not required. You could be exempt from the vaccines if you had a medical condition or religious belief, which prohibited your getting the vaccine. I don’t want to sound acidulous, but a healthy person is a ‘medical’ condition for all sorts of complications with flu vaccines. One mother claimed her healthy son died from a flu vaccine, falling into a coma just 24 hours after receiving his first ever flu shot. Read: There is No Such Thing as a ‘Safe’ Vaccine Furthermore, the lawsuit claims, “Good is a practicing Christian with sincerely held religious beliefs,” but was still denied an exemption in October 2013. As far as I know, there is a Freedom of Religion clause in the First Amendment that constitutionally guarantees our right to our spiritual beliefs, including not being poisoned by vaccines. Even still, do we really have to claim a religious persuasion to protest self-mutilation? If Big Pharma has its way, it looks like even that’s not enough. There is undoubtedly a lot of controversy surrounding vaccines and not only their necessity, but also their safety and true purpose. But controversy aside, anyone should have the right to refuse a vaccination if he/she is against the notion for any reason. In New York City, the youngest and likely most vulnerable will soon not have a choice at all. There, the Board of Health voted to mandate flu vaccines for children under 6 who go to preschool or day care.
While vaccine-makers would have us all believe that their toxins aren’t only effective, but completely safe, they aren’t telling the whole truth. Vaccines come with risks, and anything that comes with risks cannot be labeled inherently safe. These corporations and often the government won’t think twice to tell you that mercury has been removed from their products. But they turn around and admit to containing something known as thimerosal—a preservative containing mercury! They say this mercury is not only safe—despite mercury being one of the most toxic elements on the periodic table—but that it helps the vaccine work more efficiently. In other words, they want you to believe this known-toxin is good for your health. The vaccine industry has many people convinced that their products are safe. And why wouldn’t they work towards this end? After all, they wouldn’t make money if their scientists were doing work that uncovered the true risks. More than likely, if a study declares vaccines are safe, effective, and without risks, there is a money trail leading right back to the corporations who make them. Research continues to mount on the dangers of this practice. Vaccine dangers are real, but those in power don’t want you to know about them. If NYC thinks they are making their city safer or healthier, they have been sorely misled. Well, get your book bags packed and your shoes tied tight. It’s about time to go back to school again. Every fall, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention send out their reminders to parents to vaccinate their children. Different states have various vaccination requirements, mostly targeting mumps, measles, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus and polio. For many years, especially while many of these vaccinations were still being developed, the majority of the population relied solely on the CDC for their information about vaccines. In recent years, large groups of people have started to question the overall benefit of vaccinations. With so many people objecting to the mandatory shots, we turn to Dr Mayer Eisenstein. He says that kids CAN go to school WITHOUT vaccines. Doctor Eisenstein is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical School and the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Public Health. He’s been practicing medicine for 42 years, caring for over 75 thousand people.
Breaking: Texas Moves to Forcibly Inoculate Children Melissa Melton A bill has been introduced in Texas that would allow children to consent to receiving vaccines without any parental input. 
Should babies having babies be allowed to consent to vaccines without their parents knowledge? The bill, S.B. 63 titled, “Relating to consent to the immunization of certain children,” would allow for consent to immunization by a child if the child is pregnant or is the custodial parent of a child. It also notes, “a health care provider or facility may rely on the written statement of the child containing the grounds on which the child has capacity to consent.” California passed a similar bill in 2011, allowing for 12-year-olds to consent to vaccines like Merck’s Gardasil shot that is supposed to protect the child against sexually transmitted diseases, but has instead resulted in many dead teen girls and thousands of adverse reactions. Children do not have the capacity to consent. Claiming a child can consent to receiving these chemicals is the same as claiming a child can consent to having sex or doing drugs. In fact, Texas statute §22.011 states, “Sexual assault for anyone to intentionally or knowingly penetrate a person under age 17, other than his spouse” unless the person is within three years of age from a child of at least 14; anyone convicted stands to serve between two and 20 years in prison. So how is it that a child who cannot consent in this instance is somehow suddenly capable of weighing all the risks of receiving inoculations which admittedly in their own product inserts can have numerous negative health effects and on record have caused autism and death? The assertion that the act of getting pregnant somehow makes a child an adult is absurd; that a child would get pregnant actually shows the exact opposite about that kid’s ability to weigh long-term ramifications and make mature decisions. Just yesterday it was reported that the state of Texas is third in the nation for teen pregnancies. Under this new bill, all those girls could consent to vaccinating themselves even though reports have also shown that fetal deaths in pregnant mothers who took flu shots increased by over 4,000 percent. The H1N1 shot has also recently been linked to over 800 children developing narcolepsy in Europe. In addition, the World Health Organization is on record as having completed more than two decades of scientific testing to add Hcg hormones to tetanus vaccines to create a birth control vaccine that causes a woman’s body to attack the human pregnancy hormone. The shot renders women unable to get pregnant, and many pregnant women who receive it end up having miscarriages. The shot has already caused women who were coerced to take it in third world countries to have miscarriages in mass. Last spring, the CDC announced it was updating its recommendations for pregnant women here in the U.S.; whereas it was not recommended pregnant women take tetanus shots before, now it is recommended women take up to three tetanus shots during pregnancy. Another newly introduced Texas bill, S.B. 64 titled, “Relating to a policy on vaccine-preventable diseases for licensed child-care facilities,” would force workers in Texas child-care facilities to get inoculated against “vaccine-preventable diseases” which are defined as “the diseases included in the most current recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.” Under CDC recommendations, the U.S. has the most aggressive vaccine schedule in the world. Big Pharma has a lot of pull with politicians in the lone star state, as evidenced by Governor Rick Perry’s failed attempt to force Gardasil vaccines on young girls back in 2011. In a country where a child cannot legally consent to signing a contract, drinking a beer, or engaging in sexual activities with an adult, somehow the government has determined a child can give permission of his or her own volition to take potentially lethal pharmaceuticals without parent knowledge or involvement. This bill is nothing more than the state’s attempt to usurp parental rights while allowing Big Pharma companies to push their deadly chemicals on the most vulnerable, unsuspecting members of our society: our children and their children. University Bans Unvaccinated Students from School After Mumps Outbreak Christina Sarich One university in New York is telling students they can’t attend class if they haven’t been vaccinated after a mumps break, which has been plastered across mainstream media outlets. The worst part is that the students suffering from the rash of mumps cases were all vaccinated.
Concerns first arose when Fordham University students came down with flu-like symptoms, which later turned out to be adult mumps in every single case. When the number of students suffering from similar symptoms kept increasing, vaccination records were looked into as a possible suggestion for the cause. The inquiry led to the unusual discovery that not one of the infected students was unvaccinated, but that every single case had been. ABC News had to admit, when reporting the case that “vaccinations do not offer 100 percent protection.” Later, Fordham University school officials as well as public school officials admitted that vaccinations don’t always work but that students must have them to attend classes. Now they are demanding that all students be vaccinated for mumps, and those who already have, should be given booster shots. Not only does this deny people who are unvaccinated an education which they have paid for, or received scholarships for, it forces students to comply with a faulty, if not dangerous vaccination ideology. It has already been proven that vaccinations reduce immunity to disease, and the CDC was recently caught red-handed with internal documents proving that thimerosol and mercury were in many vaccines, even though the UN issued a treaty banning the stuff. This is not a reasonable response to a mumps outbreak affecting only vaccinated parties. It is also a widely accepted fact, even by those in support of vaccines, that they last for only 2-10 years – and that’s with boosters, and a healthy child or adult without a compromised immune system. This is nothing more than a money-making scheme being upheld now in institutions where young adults are thought to be mindless and moldable. They aren’t though. Alexander Haig is quoted referring to the US State Department Office of Population Affairs, which was established by Henry Kissinger in 1975. The title has since been changed to The Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental and Scientific Affairs:

Although the above stated quotes should be sufficient to prove that the elitists in power have definite intent to depopulate this planet to what they deem to be a sustainable level. Some will argue these are only opinions and are of no real consequence. I will now move on to providing bits of documentation showing this is a plan that has a worldwide scope of influence.
Most of these documents are at least 10 years old, some older. That however, does not take away from the seriousness of the content. Do not think them invalid due to their age. It takes time to foment plans on such a grand scale. But, if you are honest with yourself you can see glimpses of these things happening today.
I am going to cover some issues stemming from the UN Treaty on Biological Diversity (Agenda 21), which Bill Clinton signed into law in 1993 before it was sent to the U.S. Senate for ratification.

Henry Kissinger had a similar plan to use food as a weapon in 1974, found in the National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests; which was adopted as official policy by then President Gerald Ford in November of 1975. This Memorandum outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in lesser-developed countries by means of birth control, and implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National Security Advisor, (the same post Scowcroft held in the Bush Administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan. CIA Director George H.W. Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the Secretaries of State, Treasury, Defense and Agriculture.
This document has never been renounced, only certain portions have been amended, leaving it as the foundational document on population control issued in the U.S. Government.

The Earth Charter; A Radical Global Religion, created by Mikhail Gorbachev and Michael Strong: “The Earth Charter initiative reflects the conviction that a radical change in humanity’s attitudes and values is essential to achieve social, economic and ecological well-being in the 21st century… The commission…plans to circulate a final version of the Charter as a People’s Treaty beginning in mid-1998. The Charter will be submitted to the U.N. General Assembly in the year 2000…(where it will) ensure a very strong document that reflects the emerging new global ethics.” This is unprecedented (it is) the first component of an authentic global governance. We are working for dialogue and peace. We are demonstrating our ability to assert control over our fate in a spirit of solidarity to organize our collective sovereignty over this planet, our common heritage.”
The American people were not allowed to see this. Americans as a whole do not want the UN to be the head of a world government. The one thing the majority of this country values, above most everything else, is their freedom. Or the semblance of freedom we have left should I say.
At the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the Presidential Council on Sustainable Development in 1996 came to the conclusion that the world’s human population should not exceed 500 million people. That is a 93% reduction in population!
According to the UN video, “Armed to the Teeth”; and also in the Freedom From War Policy -put into effect by JFK in 1961-general and complete disarmament and US military power was given over, in full, to the UN. The Earth Charter (1992), A Spiritual Vision: “A consensus has developed that the Earth Charter should be…the articulation of a spiritual vision that reflects universal spiritual values, including, but not limited to, ethical values…a people’s charter that serves as a universal code of conduct for ordinary citizens, educators, business executives, scientists, religious leaders, non-governmental organizers and national councils of sustainable development; and a declaration of principles that can serve as a “soft tax” document when endorsed by the UN General Assembly. ”
In its original form, The Earth Charter failed miserably due to open, blatant pantheistic approach. Gorbachev and Strong have worked diligently to change the language and make it appear less obvious. You may be wondering what the Earth Charter has to do with depopulation. It has everything to do with it. Here is a very brief synopsis of what the Charter holds for us.
According to the Charter, we must:
* “Recognize that all beings are interdependent and every form of life has value…” (Unborn children, of course, are not included in the UN’s definition of “every form of life.” The Earth Summit II documents continue to support the UN’s pro-abortion policies.)
* “Affirm faith in the inherent dignity of all human beings.” (UN agencies, however, support policies of euthanasia for those determined not capable of living a “quality” life.)
* “Adopt at all levels sustainable development plans and regulations….” (This is a prescription for global socialism in a super-regulated global state.)
* “Prevent pollution of any part of the environment…” (Enforcing this dictum would mean stopping virtually all human activity.)
* “Internalize the full environmental and social costs of goods and services in the selling price.” (This seemingly harmless sentence would empower the state to price, tax, and regulate all production and consumption.)
* “Ensure universal access to health care that fosters reproductive health and responsible reproduction. (This is a thinly disguised call for that includes abortion and population control.)
* “Eliminate discrimination in all its forms, such as that based on race … [and] sexual orientation.” (This provision is clearly aimed at criminalizing those who refuse to accept homosexuality as positive and good.)
* “Promote the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations. (See;

The Earth Charter has not been ratified. Do not make the mistake of assuming it has not been interwoven into our society, however! It is being taught in our schools and promoted shamelessly by Hollywood, the UN, NBC (owned by GE), ABC, CBS, CNN, HLN & all the Fox owned stations, with the exception of Fox News in order to keep the supporters blinded to the machinations of Rupert Murdock. America is scheduled to become compliant to Codex Alimentarius (CA) as of December 31, 2009.
Codex Alimentarius is going to regulate virtually anything that you put into your mouth that is not a pharmaceutical. The World Trade Organization (WTO) has accepted Codex Alimentarius and any nation that is a member of the WTO must become compliant with CA. In any dispute between 2 countries, the one that is Codex compliant automatically wins. This is quite an incentive for all nations to become compliant. – Rima Laibow
CA guidelines set for vitamins & minerals are said to be voluntary, however, they are scheduled to become mandatory on December 31, 2009. In 1994, Codex Alimentarius declared nutrients to be poisons: See the Dietary Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA). Yet fluoride is acceptable! Why? It creates complacency. Proper nutrients will ensure a longer, healthier life. Not at all in keeping with a depopulation agenda.

In conjunction with Codex Alimentarius, food will be limited and water consumption will be decreased to 10 gallons per day, per person. The average American uses 140 gallons of water every day. The food provided will be Genetically Modified and nutrient deficient.
As of the Codex Alimentarius (CA) implementation date of 12/31/09, if there were a famine anywhere in the world, it will be illegal to send any high nutrient density biscuits. Or to distribute them!!
Once a country becomes CA compliant, CA can never be repealed. Membership with the WTO robs the member nations of any and all sovereignty. Germany is now CA compliant.
Codex Alimentarius goes hand in hand with Agenda 21 and the Kyoto Treaty. The deadline to implement both Agenda 21 and the Kyoto Treaty is 2012.” (Rima Laibow)
Agenda 21 was birthed out of the Rio Summit 1992. Agenda 21 (A 21), a.k.a. Smart Growth, Regionalism, Visioning Processes, Action Plans, Shared Values; 20/20, Best Practices; Community Festivals & Public/Private Partnerships. These are the names you will hear A 21 called, the buzzwords.
Every county must set up a council to oversee the implementation of A 21. A 21 is Sustainable Development. Steven Rockefeller set up the Earth Charter, referenced above. The Earth Charter is the new One World Religion: Earth worship. The earth is considered to be ‘sacred’, and its protection is a ‘sacred trust’. Global responsibility will demand basic changes in values, behaviors and attitudes of government, the private sector, and civil society.
Under Sustainable Development man is considered to be responsible for the pollution of the planet and is subordinate to all other living creatures. This is a direct contradiction to the Bible where God placed man in a position of dominance over the entire earth. The elite will worship and serve the creature, rather than the Creator.

Among the things considered to be unsustainable, as listed above, these are included: Monotheism and the family unit. The health care plan of President Obama is under A 21. Under this health care plan, the family unit is very much being attacked. Anyone over age 65 must undergo ‘end of life counseling’ by their doctor every 5 years. Abortion will be pushed that much harder, especially with the Science Czar wanting sterilants put into our water supply! One of the new appointee’s to the Obama Administration once said in a book he co-wrote that a child could be killed up to the age of 2 years old! What kind of a monster could think that is acceptable?
Nearly the exact language used to define Sustainable Development was taken from the 1977 Soviet Constitution!
The Family Dependency Ratio, under the United Nations, will look at every household. They will gauge what that household has produced in accordance with what it has used (i.e., resources) by the water bills, energy bills, etc. Are you using more than you are producing? Are you adding to the collective, or merely taking away? This is how the powers that be will determine whether you are a productive citizen, or, in the words of Henry Kissinger, “A useless eater”.
