Knowing the background of the United Nations is essential to understanding the true threat the organization represents. While the UN is a haven for foreign thugs, tyrants, and terrorists, it is inaccurate to look upon the organization as a foreign entity seeking to invade and conquer the United States. Instead, the UN should be viewed as a vehicle through which corrupt, power-seeking elites in this country and elsewhere intend to acquire power over the entire world. In the decades since Gardner published his essay, our nation's leaders have followed his prescription by entangling us in an ever-growing web of international treaties, conventions, and organizations. At the same time, the UN has extended its reach to include such issues as environmental protection, education, child welfare, law enforcement, national and civilian disarmament, even religion. And beginning in the early 1990s, U.S. involvement in UN "peacekeeping" missions has radically expanded, with thousands of American servicemen currently deployed under UN authority in Korea, the Balkans, and elsewhere. By slowly sapping our country's sovereignty, globalists can achieve the objective of empowering the UN to act as a world government without attracting a great deal of public opposition. The United Nations is gearing up for gun confiscation in the event of a societal collapse in numerous countries by hiring “disarmament, demobilization and reintegration” officers who will be trained to seize guns “from the civilian population.” A posting on the United Nations Career Opportunities page announces a vacancy for the position of “Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer” under the UN’s Department of Peacekeeping Operations based out of New York.

Although the posting prompted feverish speculation that the UN was about to embark on a mass gun confiscation program within the United States, it’s important to note that the DDR program is only currently active in countries like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast and Haiti. Should such an event ever take place the first order of business will include a declaration of martial law. And just as we saw during Hurricane Katrina, when the U.S. Constitution has been suspended gun confiscation is soon to follow.” Since the 1990′s, Alex Jones and Infowars reporters have attended numerous urban warfare training drills inside the United States, many of which included exercises based around disarming American citizens. Foreign troops were also present at many of these drills. Infowars first became aware of this story a week ago having been contacted by active duty military officials who saw the advertisement before it was posted publicly and we are currently working on a deeper angle that promises to provide further insight. Public-private partnership (PPP,3P or P3)
The article, Recreation Advisory Committee for Public Lands, shed a positive light on Sec. Zinke’s promotion of public-private-partnerships (PPP), giving the “motorized recreation industry a voice in the creation of public lands policy… that involve roads, trails and waterways on federally-controlled lands”. Sec. Zinke plans to accomplish this through his newly established Recreation Advisory Committee (RAC). But there is a far greater, and more dangerous agenda with Zinke’s plan for corporate involvement in public land. In 2014, the Blue Ribbon Panel on Sustaining America’s Diverse Fish and Wildlife Resources (BRP) was created by Bass Pro shop founder John Morris, and former Wyoming governor Dave Freudenthal. BRP “represents the outdoor recreation retail and manufacturing sector, the energy and automotive industries, private landowners, educational institutions, conservation organizations, sportsmen’s groups and state fish and wildlife agencies.” One of their goals is “recommending a new funding mechanism to support state fish and wildlife conservation to ensure the sustainability of all fish and wildlife for current and future generations.” “The Blue Ribbon Panel includes 26 business and conservation leaders” and “was convened to evaluate and recommend a more sustainable funding approach to avert a fish and wildlife conservation crisis.” Panel members include United Nations (UN) business partners (Toyota, Shell), UN non-governmental organizations (NGO) (NWF, AS, NSSF), and other groups funded by UN partners. Corporations are not just interested in managing public land, they want to conserve land as well. Their involvement garnered another piece of legislation, H.R. 3400, called the Recreation Not Red-Tape Act. Among other things this bill would create a system of National Recreation Areas (RMA) managed specifically for recreation. A National Recreation Area is the counterpart to a designated wilderness area or national monument, an identified protected area for recreation. The Outdoor Industry Association and NGOs love this as it benefits corporate greed and NGO agendas to lock up and control land. The Wilderness Society spells out just exactly what a recreation management area is, with all the restrictions, using the BLM as an example. Recreation Resource Management is already providing these types of services. What better way for businesses to incorporate their conservation goals into public land use than to be handed the keys for tourism? They will design where access will be, when, who, and how it can be used, just like an amusement park. The article, Will Zinke’s privatization plan improve national parks condition, accessibility?, leads one to believe that privatization could lead to improvement of our national parks and our access to them. But what it really does is give corporate power to “design” our public land use, according to UN dictates, that land use must be “sustainable”, which means conserved and protected as much as possible. PPPs are nothing more than an advancement of both Agenda 21 and 2030. Expanding on their tourism goals in the 2002 Johannesburg Plan of Implementation of Sustainable Development, in true technocratic fashion, the UN has broken tourism down into four categories, ecotourism, nature, sustainable, and responsible tourism. UN business partners will force this UN ideology on us and Sec. Zinke has given the keys to his committee to do it. Using just one of his RAC members as an example, the American Recreation Coalition (ARC) has international members, an Agenda 21 requirement for international involvement. Another member, AccessParks, will bring Wi-Fi to our parks which accomplishes Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9.c, “provide universal and affordable access to the Internet”. The UN places great faith in PPPs for recreation and tourism as outlined on page 14 in this UN World Tourism Organization booklet, even going so far to claim that “eventually the government must rely on the private sector to deliver services to tourists.” Looks like Zinke is making it happen. Agenda 2030 will have business partners use their 5Ps “as guiding themes…a frame of reference to design tourism in such a way that it can contribute to sustainable development.” One theme includes “Sustainable tourism…to reduce negative impacts on the environment, contribute to the conservation of biological diversity, actively protect terrestrial and marine ecosystems, and integrate climate protection.” This means corporations, to advance UN goals, will take over how you recreate on public lands. Sure, it will more accessible, but only in ways that will be sustainable. Your favorite, out of the way, camping spot will most likely be banned because it doesn’t conserve the biological diversity. Chapter 7.20(e) of Agenda 21 promotes sound and culturally sensitive tourism programs, even writing about it in 1997. In Agenda 2030, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 8.9 and 12.B, are targeted to “devise and implement policies to promote sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products”. Given UN business partnerships are driving us towards corporatism, this is the direction our government is taking us, placing the governance of public land into private business hands which will promote “sustainable” recreation while creating jobs and products, all in support of the UN SDGs. We are being robbed of our God-given right to use our land as we want to use it. It will be dictated to us. The federal government was designed by our Founding Fathers to represent “We the People”. Instead, the UN has made sure that all forms of our representation are removed, and we now have a government that turns representation over to UN cronies, corporations and NGOs. PPP is one method being used to destroy the foundation of the United States with many other methodologies being implemented. It took some time but now the UN will have their hands on our public land use. It will only be a matter of time before you will see how using our public land will be transformed into an amusement park business where you will buy a ticket and be told what “sustainable services” will be available to you. There will be no more freedom to choose how you use public land, only what they decide to let you use, and how you use it.

From monetary policy to geopolitics, cybersecurity to virtual reality, the January confab is a marquee meeting for the future of the world economy. Since 2009, a small group of business executives have met in the rarified Alpine air to ponder how urbanization fits into a vision for global prosperity. Nearly a decade later, much of the World Economic Forum’s policy research on the urban question is thanks to Alice Charles, the WEF’s urban point person at the Shaping the Future of Urban Development and Services Initiative. Officially, she’s the forum’s Community Lead of Infrastructure and Urban Development Industry. Internally, she manages attention-grabbing reports on topics such as the latest urban innovations and how the private sector can deliver on the New Urban Agenda, as well as country-specific recommendations for India and city-specific recommendations for China. Externally, she coordinates an advisory board of 25 private sector movers and shakers with a stake in cities, including the likes of Arup, Danfoss, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Cisco, GlaxoSmithKline, Novo Nordisk, Hindustan Construction, Biaban Group and the Rockefeller Foundation. Most recently, Charles spearheaded the forum’s latest attempt to look into the crystal ball, the Global Future Council on Cities and Urbanization. With leading luminaries such as Quito Mayor Mauricio Rodas, UN-Habitat Executive Director Joan Clos and World Bank Senior Adviser Abha Joshi-Ghani, this new roundtable will seek to solve urban ills by harnessing the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution — now the forum’s latest focus, with a recently opened center in San Francisco. This week in Buenos Aires, the WEF is hosting its annual meeting on Latin America. In March, Citiscope’s Gregory Scruggs sat down with Charles near the World Economic Forum’s global headquarters, to learn more about the forum’s global view on urbanization. This interview has been edited for length and clarity. Gregory Scruggs: Why is the World Economic Forum interested in urbanization? Alice Charles: The forum is the international organization for public-private cooperation, so the demand for a line of work comes from that community. With the level of urbanization that’s happening — 66 percent of our population is going to live in cities by 2050 — if you’re going to improve the state of the world, you’ve got to deliver in cities. If you look at the business community, in many instances they’re actually dealing with city leaders. If they’re offering a service, delivering infrastructure or selling a product, then they’re working with cities rather than prime ministers or presidents. And of course, city leaders have an interest in working with us. From a city leader’s point of view, generally what they would say is: One, they’re interested in looking at the best primary examples we can share, but the second thing is working with this wider community of business and civil society that can help them to deliver some solutions on the ground in their cities. Q: If there is so much opportunity for the private sector in urban development, why do you think that the business community was so absent at Habitat III? A: The private sector wasn’t engaged from the outset. There was an absolute willingness of the private sector to be involved. At the 2016 Davos meeting, the 25 business leaders on the steering committee of our Future of Urban Development and Services initiative said that in order to get the best agreement at Habitat III, they wanted to be part of the process. Mayors were well represented in Quito [at Habitat III], but the need for the private sector to be part of the process was recognized too late in the day for the private sector to physically be there. That’s definitely a major learning in terms of any future global framework on urbanization: You need to make sure all of the stakeholders have a seat at the table from day one. Q: Since the adoption of the New Urban Agenda, have you seen a renewed interest from the private sector? A: The private sector is extremely interested in the New Urban Agenda, but they have some concerns. They believe that a number of things need to happen now.
Increasing the number of public-private partnerships will be a key factor in developing the economy, a senior official of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said. Hüseyin Özhan, who took up the post as the new head of the EBRD’s Ankara office on Monday, told Anadolu Agency Tuesday that developing Turkey’s infrastructure would depend on attracting private capital to new partnerships. “Having been a banker for many years, I can say Turkey has the chance to create the conditions in which private investment can find real opportunities for returns in these partnerships,” Özhan said. A good example, he noted, is the construction and operation of a new domestic terminal at Dalaman Airport in the southwestern province of Muğla under a public-private partnership scheme. The bank has lent $186.6 million to YDA Havalimani Yapım ve İşletme, a special-purpose vehicle established by the construction and infrastructure company YDA İnşaat, which was awarded the concession contract last year. “To increase the development of PPPs [public-private partnerships], the right regulatory and legal conditions are required so that businesses see risk-controlled opportunities for safe returns,” he said. “We work in close cooperation with the Turkish government to help evolve these conditions.” Özhan said one of the European bank’s goals is to increase economic inclusion in Turkey, where youth unemployment is high, and the number of women in the workforce is still relatively low. “We will help financial institutions extend opportunities to women and youth who are often shut out of access to funding and loans,” he said. “This is critical to Turkey’s development; bringing in Turkey’s burgeoning young population into economic activity will go far to boost growth in the country.” As head of the Ankara office, Özhan will lead the European bank’s cooperation with the government, Ankara-based international financial institutions, diplomatic missions and civil society organizations. He will also oversee the bank’s business in Ankara and the central Anatolia regions, the bank said in a statement Monday.
We’ve just witnessed the member countries of the U.N. agree to 17 Global Goals that will, all going well, transform our world by 2030. These Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have three ambitious aims over the next 15 years: end extreme poverty; fight inequality and injustice; and fix climate change. They will replace the Millennium Development Goals and will be measured by 169 indicators. The hope is that these goals and indicators will frame national policies and agendas, starting now. This is an exciting moment in history, when positive change in the lives of millions of people around our world could at last be in our grasp. So, the next question is: How? How do we translate these goals into practical action? The idea of public-private partnerships (PPPs) is not a new one, but they could not be more relevant now. No one individual, organization or government is able to tackle the SDGs. But effective partnerships can. Working together, governments, NGOs and the private sector can pioneer the kind of innovative, sustained and, most importantly, practical initiatives that can end extreme poverty or fight inequality. They can, for example, combine to raise awareness of what good hygiene and good nutrition mean, and encourage new habits that deliver them. My company, Unilever, works with many partners to address issues like hygiene and nutrition (which are intrinsically linked) at scale. For example, 6.3 million children around the world still die before they reach the age of 5, and sub-Saharan Africa takes the greatest burden of this, accounting for over 3 million of these deaths. Sadly, many become victims of preventable illnesses such as pneumonia or diarrhea, and almost half the deaths are linked to malnutrition. How does a public-private partnership work in practice to deliver on the SDG ambitions? Take Nigeria, for example, and the issue of malnutrition. Unilever’s brand Knorr has committed to help reduce the prevalence of iron deficiency anaemia, by making nutritious cooking more desirable, easy to understand and afford. Knorr has set up an inclusive business model, “Gbemiga,” with several partners, such as the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and the Growing Business Foundation and Society for Family Health (SFH). By working together, they are able to improve living standards by training women to sell nutritious products and simultaneously reinforce the dietary changes that can help reduce the prevalence of iron deficiency in families across the country — and Unilever has successfully fortified its bouillon cubes with Iron.
The public-private partnership includes the Arizona State University (ASU) Center for Smart Cities and Regions (CSCR) [a university, no public agency status whatsoever], the Arizona Institute for Digital Progress (IDP) [private, not government] and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. [not government, a Public-Private Partnership] The Greater Phoenix Smart Region Initiative, a new public-private nonprofit partnership created to grow smart city projects, is taking hold in the Phoenix metro region. The coalition includes the Arizona State University (ASU) Center for Smart Cities and Regions (CSCR), the Arizona Institute for Digital Progress (IDP) and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. ASU will serve as the research and testbed role for the Phoenix Smart Region Initiative, harnessing the university’s considerable intellectual talent, particularly via the ASU CSCR. ASU and IDP will craft a “smart cities digital road map,” which should be complete by the end of October. The collaboration brings the work of ASU out into the larger region and strengthens relationships among policymakers [not elected representatives], entrepreneurs and others dedicated to growing innovation in the region. Funding will come from public, city and industry membership, as well as funding from the university. IDP and ASU will largely manage the civic and public engagement, while the Greater Phoenix Economic Council will focus on industry engagement.

The World Health Organization provides public health recommendations about the use of pharmacologic drugs and vaccines and provides guidelines and assistance in public health emergencies. When it was founded in 1948, the WHO relied on funding from its member states; their contributions were assessed based on their national income and population. The funds were not earmarked for any particular policy. In those days, the WHO was an independent organization. But over time, the WHO leadership traded its independence and with it, its integrity, for big money. In 1988, Halfdan Mahler, Director General of the WHO from 1973 to 1988, warned the world against the power wielded by the pharmaceutical industry over the WHO. He stated, in the Danish daily newspaper (Politiken): “this industry is taking over WHO”. Unfortunately, no one at that time believed him.[1] The take-over intensified; with Big Pharma dictating global public health policies that the WHO initiates and promotes. Those policies have vastly enriched Big Pharma, and the WHO has been generously rewarded for its service. Currently, 80% of the WHO budget relies on earmarked donations; primarily from the U.S. government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Big Pharma. The WHO revenue in 2016-2017 was $5, 139 Billion, of which only $927 million came from assessed contributions by member states; these “core” funds cover the WHO’s general expenses. By contrast, $4,422 Billion were provided by major donors; and these funds are earmarked for activities that serve the donor’s financial interests. These major donors dictate and control the WHO policies, ensuring that WHO policies further their interests. [2] The WHO, it should be noted, is not accountable to public scrutiny – as non-profits are. The internal documents of the WHO are not available under Freedom of Information, and most of the WHO’s financial contracts are secret. In essence, the WHO became a vassal of, and the global marketing agent for Big Pharma and its aggressive drug and vaccine market expansion agenda. Gabriel Through its various agencies and treaties, the United Nations seeks to undermine individual, as well as national sovereignty. It has been almost 15 years since President Clinton signed on to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). The U.S. remains one of the last holdouts as the treaty lies dormant, yet to be ratified. The UNCRC grants children new civil, social, cultural and economic rights that could override parental decisions. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), is pushing for a vote as there is a real sense that under an Obama presidency, the UNCRC could finally be ratified.
Under the UNCRC, an 18-member committee has been established to review children’s rights and any other disputes that might arise. In many cases, we are already bound by international treaties and the UNCRC gives unaccountable UN bureaucrats the power to make decisions concerning our children’s well-being. Parents are being demoted to simple caregivers, while the state assumes the role of the prime authoritative figure. The UNCRC is an assault on parental authority and is essentially a blank check for governmental interference in family matters. It is meant to further promote child autonomy and freedom from parental guidance. In the U.S., homeschooling numbers continue to rise as a growing number of parents look to better control their child’s moral instruction. Under the UNCRC, homeschooling could be interpreted as a violation of a child’s well being. Some states have tried to ban and outlaw homeschooling and the UNCRC could make it a UN-sponsored activity. Public school education is designed to correct any perceived errors in rearing and home training. The ideology of globalism and world government is at the very core of the educational system. The UN seeks to undermine parental authority, traditional values and biblical principles. They wish to gain more control over our children’s upbringing and education. At recent meetings held in Mexico City, United Nations Population Fund representative, Arie Hoekman, told participants that high divorce rates and out-of-wedlock births were not a social crisis, but instead a triumph for human rights. Children’s love and loyalty to their family and country is being systematically destroyed. Under a new global order, there is no room for nationalism or individuality and a strong family unit represents a threat to this system. Being a parent is a huge responsibility and undertaking that should not be taken lightly. Parents are not always right and some may be unfit. The reality is that children thrive in an environment where there is love and structure which includes consequences for their behavior. The UNCRC infringes upon parental authority and represents a massive intrusion by the state into family affairs. It has the potential to radically alter parent-child relationships. The UN definitely has no business telling parents how to raise their children and neither does the government unless there is evidence of neglect or abuse. London Mayor Calls For State to Take Children Based on Parents’ Political Beliefs UKIP members already being targeted by social services
Paul Joseph Watson Parents with radical political beliefs should have their children taken by the state, according to London Mayor Boris Johnson, a chilling prospect given that parents who support major political parties like UKIP are already being targeted by social services.
While the idea is being promoted under the ostensibly reasonable justification that it will stop children being turned into “potential killers or suicide bombers,” Johnson said it could also be applied under more vague circumstances, such as if the child is taught to be “full of hate.” The Mayor said that children whose parents are supporters of the British National Party, a right-wing organization that vehemently opposes immigration, may be taken into care in “extreme” circumstances. However, children are already being seized from their parents under much less extreme circumstances. In 2012, a couple had their foster children removed from their care by a local government council because they were members of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), which is the third largest political party in the United Kingdom and is expected to win the upcoming European Parliamentary elections. Social workers told the parents, who had an exemplary record for fostering children, that the kids had been taken due to them belonging to a “racist party”. UKIP was deemed to be “racist” by the council because it opposes the “active promotion of multiculturalism.” If the same standard is applied across the pond, many conservatives and libertarians face having their children seized since the Department of Homeland Security now characterizes “liberty lovers” as extremists and puts them in the same bracket as violent terrorists. Johnson’s editorial arrives just weeks after a law was passed in Scotland that designates a state minder to every child in the country up to the age of 18, a move described by the Christian Institute as a, “dreadful extension of the state’s tentacles into family life.” The law basically treats every parent as a potential child abuser and tasks government snoops with the responsibility of keeping tabs on kids in a program that sounds like it was ripped straight from the pages of a dystopian novel like Brave New World. Abertay University’s Dr Stuart Waiton said that state guardians would be “less likely to focus on the very few serious cases of child abuse” as these will become “lost in the crowd” of an expanded list of concerns. Father Harassed By CPS For Feeding Kids Organic Food Paul Joseph Watson A father of two was harassed and investigated by Child Protective Services and police for feeding his daughters organic food, refusing to make them drink fluoride-poisoned tap water and not having them injected with mercury-laden vaccines, all of which constitutes “suspicious activity” in the new Sovietized America, a foretaste of what’s to come once Big Sis’ Wal-Mart spy campaign gets up and running.
The case worker turned up at the man’s door with a police cruiser in close attendance. The woman nervously began to question him and was obviously under the impression that he could pose a physical threat. “She said that there were allegations that I wouldn’t give my children tap water,” writes the father, before noting how he explained to the woman that municipal tap water in most parts of the United States is poisoned with sodium fluoride, a form of toxic waste that contributes to innumerable health problems, including disorders affecting teeth, bones, the brain and the thyroid gland, as well as lowering IQ. The woman’s line of questioning took an even more bizarre turn after she told him that one of the accusations against him which led to allegations of child abuse was that he fed his daughters organic food. That’s right – Americans actually think that if you don’t feed your children genetically-modified, gluten-stuffed, high fructose corn syrup-crammed, aspartame-laden garbage like KFC or McDonalds then you’re probably a child abuser. Eating natural, clean and healthy food not sprayed with sickening pesticides is now a suspicious activity. “I was still quite frightened by this woman in my house, I mean really think about it,” writes the father. “This woman has the authority to take the only things worth living for away from me. My girls. So the allegations continued.” The CPS worker then demanded to know why the man refused to have his daughters vaccinated, again implying that this was a form of child abuse. “I said yes that’s true, I refuse to allow my children to be poked with syringes filled with squalene, thimerasol, mercury,etc. I promptly produced my states exemption form. That was the end of that allegation,” he writes. The interrogation concluded with the CPS worker asking the man’s daughters if he smacked them. “They said ‘oh yeah my daddy will whoop my backside if I say a nasty word,’ he writes. “The woman asked me if this was true, I said yes, and it is completely legal to spank your child in this state, in fact there are school districts here in my state that allow it in public schools.” The woman, who had not obtained a legal warrant to search the house, inspected the girls’ rooms and even the father’s fridge before leaving. Despite the fact that the man’s behavior in not making his kids drink toxic waste and eat GMO garbage, while protecting them from mercury-filled vaccines, actually proves that he is an outstanding parent who cares deeply for his children, he was subject to a one month investigation before the case was closed. The man was able to confirm that he was informed on by someone he knew after the case worker asked him about his “bug bag,” a 72 hour emergency preparedness kit. Apparently, even though Homeland Security itself encourages Americans to prepare for emergencies, actually doing so is a sign of “child abuse”. Presumably, this is the kind of community spirit Big Sis is seeking to encourage as part of Homeland Security’s “See Something, Say Something” program, where Wal-Mart shoppers are encouraged to report suspicious activity to the authorities after watching a video message at the checkout featuring Janet Napolitano. Already pre-tested and implemented in Yemen and Niger, these guidelines are destined for global implementation within the next decade, says the World Bank. In the World Bank’s Reproductive Health Action Plan 2010-2015, published in April of 2010, the Bank speaks of Millennium Development Goal number 5 (or MDG5), which stands for “Reproductive Health” (or RH). As we know, this is eugenics-new-speak for population control. As pro-death globalist professor John Cleland argued at a 2006 gathering in the company of like-minded individuals from the United Nations Population Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, the European Commission, the World Bank and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation: “It does this cause no service at all to continue to shroud family planning in the obfuscating phrase “sexual and reproductive health”. People don’t really know what it means. If we mean family planning or contraception, we must say it. If we are worried about population growth, we must say it. We must use proper, straightforward language. I am fed up with the political correctness that daren’t say the name population stabilization, hardly dares to mention family planning or contraception out of fear that somebody is going to get offended. It is pathetic!” The 2010 report put out by the World Bank however, chooses to use this deceptive phrase continually. And, from its dark point of view, it is right to do so- for the resistance against this 21st century eugenics grows steadily. The Bank, just like the UN, has no choice but to cloak itself in deceptive language so as not to raise too much suspicion as they move forward: “(…) a renewed global consensus on the need to make progress on MDG5, together with greater attention to gender issues within and outside the Bank is refocusing attention on RH and offering an unprecedented opportunity to redress the neglect of the previous decade. Notable among these developments is that in 2007 the UN fully incorporated RH within the MDG framework.” Apart from all the available evidence of a global push for population reduction, The term Global Consensus alone proves it: “The Global Consensus”, says the report, “recognizes that MDGs 4 & 5 will not be reached without country leadership and the prioritization of reproductive, maternal, and newborn health at country level. The Global Consensus proposes a five point plan that includes: (i) political, operational, and community leadership and engagement; (ii) a package of evidence-based interventions through effective health systems along a continuum of good quality care, with a priority on quality care at birth; (iii) services for women and children free at the point of use if countries choose to provide them; (iv) skilled and motivated health workers in the right place at the right time, with supporting infrastructure, drugs, and equipment; and (v) accountability for results with robust monitoring and evaluation.” Speaking of a global consensus. It was Klaus Töpfer, 1996 Bilderberg attendee and former Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) who in the year 2000 admitted to an “international consensus” on worldwide population control. During a speech given in Berlin in the beginning of the new millennium, Töpfer stated outright: “Most people and policymakers are unaware that there is an international consensus that grounds population policy in human rights and development, emphasizing building the capacities of women to manage their own lives.” In order to translate this international, or global consensus to the nation-states
under its control, the World Bank boasts: There it is again. The World Bank- as lender- has the dependent nations in a stranglehold. If nations don’t comply with its directions, the Bank can cut the financial lifeline, no problem at all. Or, as its 1984 World Development Report states, the World Bank threatens nations who are slow in implementing the Bank’s “population policies” with “drastic steps, less compatible with individual choice and freedom.” A World Bank discussion-paper from 2007 called Population Issues in the 21st century: The Role of the World Bank, explains how this process works in more detail: “The Bank has a potential comparative advantage to address these issues at the highest levels of country policy setting, not only with ministry of health counterparts, but also with officials from finance and planning. This is important given the increasing recognition that political economy is a critical factor in the implementation of population and reproductive health programs, particularly in high-fertility countries. “Its involvement in many sectors in countries”, the authors continue, “can produce synergies that will allow faster progress than a more narrow focus on family planning services. The Bank will need its partners – United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), World Health Organization (WHO), key bilaterals – to provide technical expertise and administrative knowledge in areas such as procurement of contraceptives, service delivery, and demand creation.” The document makes clear that this global and coordinated push for total control is not some vague dream. It is already being test-cased in several developing nations. The document states two cases that are currently underway. In the first example, Niger, the World Bank already has in place so-called “benchmarks” that the nation in question has to live up to in order to enjoy the continued support of the World Bank. In the case of Niger, considered by the IMF as a “Highly Indebted Poor Country”- and therefore easy to subdue- the document states: “Population growth is documented and a population ESW (Economic and Sector Work) planned. A national Population and Reproductive Health Strategy is not only a CAS (Country Assistance Strategy) benchmark, but also a lending trigger, while reproductive health is included in one of the CAS pillars.” “High fertility and rapid population growth were not only acknowledged as major problems, but fertility was also used as one of the CAS performance benchmarks. Moreover, a population ESW was planned and subsequently delivered. That ESW has been most instrumental in enhancing the in-country policy dialogue on population issues, and has led to a free-standing International Development Association (IDA) population operation, currently in preparation, which is the first population-specific operation in many years in the World Bank Africa Region. The preparation of a National Population and Reproductive Health Strategy was also a CAS benchmark as well as a lending trigger, while reproductive health was included in one of the CAS pillars. Other Bank partners such as the EU have joined the effort. Finally, population issues have also been given a high priority in the new Rural and Social Policy Reform (Development Policy Lending) Credit.” The devil is in the details. The extend to which the World Bank and UN are willing to blackmail “Highly Indebted Poor Country’s” in implementing globally coordinated population control policies also becomes obvious in the second test-case example: Yemen: “In the lending portfolio, restructuring of the Health Sector Reform Project (which includes family planning) is proposed and is expected to lead to a Population II Project to specifically address high fertility and family planning issues. Pillars two and three address population and reproductive health. Contraception is addressed effectively, and CPR is included as a CAS indicator. Furthermore, earlier in 2006, the Bank produced a study on “Promoting the Demand for FP in Yemen.” “High fertility and rapid population growth”, the document reads, “were not only acknowledged as major impediments to economic growth and poverty reduction, but was included as one of the specific goals that was subsequently translated into policies, programs, and an indicator (reduce population growth rate by 3 percent per annum). Moreover, budget was allocated specifically for each of the four population policies that were outlined.” The dimensions of this “Global Consensus” are extensive. These diabolical dimensions are being described in the 2007 “Discussion Paper” with the help of the catch-phrase: “Multisectoral approach”: “A more systematic approach to mainstream population within the core agenda (…) would greatly enhance the adoption of a truly multisectoral approach. (….) The Bank’s comparative advantages in strengthening health systems are mainly in the areas of health financing, system governance, accountability for health service delivery, and demand-side interventions, all of which are important to further the population agenda.” The authors continue: “By supporting large-scale implementation of an integrated health sector plan that includes family planning, the Bank can play an important role in keeping family planning as a priority in high fertility and high-population-momentum countries. Even though historically some successful family planning programs were based on a vertical approach, such an approach is now considered less attractive, both from a sustainability standpoint as well as from a comprehensive reproductive health approach.” However deceptive and “rational” the language, the document is nevertheless strangely upfront about their full-spectrum dominance, to make use of a military phrase: “Unless population issues are approached in a multipronged fashion, it is unlikely to accelerate a demographic transition in these countries.” The report goes on to say that: “The Bank is well positioned to systematically include population and reproductive health dimensions in key strategic documents (…). The Bank is particularly well placed to provide the fiscal and economic analysis to ensure that funding of population issues is placed within the overall development financing agenda of the country.” “This strategy can be best achieved by a coordinated strategy implemented by a visible, strong, and high-level in-country unit with the mandate to design, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The Bank can help strengthen such institutional mechanisms, and foster collaboration with external national or international partners.” There it is. World Bank “in-country units” will “strengthen” the institutions that
distribute the Rockefeller-funded anti-fertility vaccines and GM Food. Above all this, the Bank uses the tools
confided to them by the scientific dictatorship: Speaking of the scientific dictatorship, the World Bank works in concert with all
the other arms of the octopus: Returning to the essence, the intention and the strategy leave little for the imagination: a global consensus is in place between all the major transnational institutions and banks: the earth’s population must be brought down, with all means necessary. The World Bank uses financial tools to bring nations on their knees, demanding they cull their numbers; the UN guarantees the political legitimizing for these depopulation policies (Agenda 21); the Foundations develop the anti-fertility vaccines and GM Food, the World Health Organization takes care of the “health-standards” and distribution. The origin of the food monopoly began with the Rockefeller Dynasty, even before they funded biotech research and industry.(1) The major GMO seed companies like Monsanto, DuPont, Dow, etc. are based in America and the patent laws that protect their monopoly are American.(2) Therefore, it should come as little surprise that the forces behind toxic GMOs promote GMOs internationally by way of the United Nations, using American tax dollars. USAID USAID (US Agency for International Development) is a an independent federal agency that is concerned with economic growth and advancing US foreign policy and interests, under the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. The agency is funded by taxpayer money. These interests are often private companies, like Monsanto, that champion so-called humanitarian aid in the name of the American people, using our tax dollars. USAID’s humanitarian efforts include imposing GMO seeds on poor nations by way of complex methods that circumvent the laws of poor countries.(3) Poor countries rarely stand up to the US government directly and are under constant pressure, plus they risk losing financial benefits from the US. So, these poor and transitional countries sell out their own farmers and the population suffers because GMO crops are unhealthy, GMO crops yields are lower and they foster monopolies, resulting in ongoing dependence. USAID funds many NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) that carry out USAID’s objectives- here is a list nearly 200 pages long- of the NGOs that are supported by US taxpayers.(4) It is interesting to note how many of these NGOs are concerned with ‘reproductive rights’, which is a fancy term for eugenics (selective breeding programs, often brutally enforced via forced sterilization and genocide). Further, USAID entered into a Public- Private Partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation, with the help of Bill Clinton, in order to use investments to “address” social and environmental problems, under the shelter of a tax free organization.(5) This means that the tax free organization will be able direct ‘impact’ investing which is designed to have an effect on social and environmental problems. In other words, be on the lookout for large investors using their overwhelming influence upon infrastructures, utilities, sewage systems, water sources, etc, which will likely lead to corporate privatization, and total control in pursuit of the final goals of Agenda 21. UN WORLD FOOD PROGRAM The UN WFP (World Food Program) receives most of its funding from USAID. The WFP is corrupt to its core, as evidenced by a leaked UN document about Somalia which exposed that most of the aid goes to UN workers, Islamic militants and contractors.(6) Another example is in Ethiopia where only 12% of the food aid was delivered to the intended poverty stricken area. Additionally, there are more examples of corruption with shipping and trucking fees inflated up to 300% over cost. Of course, NGOs are deeply complicit in this international scheme of theft and incompetence with zero accountability. Further, USAID director, Rajiv Shah worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the USDA, is also the director of A Green Revolution in Africa (Gates and Rockefeller funded). In fact, just last week, Shah said that the UN WFP is creating food systems that will eliminate “humanitarian” food aid over time; a cynic could interpret this as a depopulation plan, consolidation of monopolies and/ or privatization of all resources. Shah also wants to engage the private sector, which means establishing more PPPs (Public- Private Partnerships) which is the modern mechanism of fascism.(7)(5) UN collectivists, trying to coerce governments to adopt GMOs, use urgent threats of starvation in poor countries to convince the masses that GMOs are beneficial, when the truth is that they have lower crop yields. The WFP, pushing GMOs, have exploited Africa’s famine problem by offering GMO seeds as the only aid/ help offered, in a ‘GM or Death’ ultimatum.(8) The UN WTO (World Trade Organization) influences tariffs and can impose fines (of hundreds of millions of dollars) on countries when they trade internationally. While they promote the phrase “free trade”, it is anything but a free market, due to the favorable or unfavorable tariff taxes that the WTO sets. It fosters monopolies on a grand scale. It prohibits competition and true free market Capitalism. F. William Engdahl, author of “Seeds of Destruction”, explains in detail how the Biosafety Protocol, a policy that requiring GMO testing and proof of safety, was undermined. This was done by forcing a clause into the Biosafety Protocol making its rules subordinate to the UN WTO, using the argument that banning GMOs was a barrier to trade under the WTO rules, because the concern over safety was “unproven”. Therefore, the burden of proof for the safety of GMOs was removed from Monsanto and the other manufacturers, which leaves consumers, independent farmers and anyone else harmed by GMOs the costly task of proving, scientifically and in court, that GMOs are unsafe. In a related UN WTO decision, member countries were forbidden from using their own domestic standards for testing, their own food safety laws and their own product standards, claiming that it would set an “unfair barrier to trade”. Thus, the US government can threaten any government that bans GMOs with violating UN WTO so-called “free trade” rules which have resulted in costly monetary sanctions. The UN WTO settles international trade disputes in secret. Please read Engdahl’s excellent article about the WTO for more information on their manipulative policies.(9) Incidentally, the Director of the WTO is Rufus Yerxa, former employee of the the US government and Monsanto. Vandana Shiva explains how the WTO imposed trade restrictions on India that limited exports and increased imports, crippling the market and increasing food dependency. The GMO crops also had lower yields because the seed was imported and not adaptable to India’s farming conditions, which resulted in the suicides of over 200,000 Indian farmers- often from drinking Round Up Ready herbicide. (Note that we do not agree with Shiva’s assessment of global warming):

The UN NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and other WTO agreements were signed introduced into law as “agreements”, instead of treaties. Under special legislation, NAFTA was passed into law after Congress authorized George W Bush to enter into tariff agreements and bypassed the usual process to make a treaty a law (requiring 2/3 Senate approval). After Bush entered into the agreements, both houses of Congress passed them into law (a mere 51% majority was needed) on a fast- track. The Supreme Court, acting as agents of the federal government, denied review of this misdeed.(10) NAFTA has adversely affected both the US and Mexico because it promoted GMO farming in Mexico, contaminating their corn crops, which is a staple food. US grain and food subsidies were used to lower the prices of US food, which flooded the markets of Mexico, wreaking havoc on them. The subsidies were bankrolled by the unsuspecting US taxpayers. Mexico was once food self sufficient, but now it spends 78% of its oil exports to purchase food from the US. US food exports have decreased as a result of NAFTA because some educated countries reject GMOs.(11) The UN IMF (International Monetary Fund) and UN World Bank are sister agencies that impose harsh conditions and penalties on loans made to governments, resulting in austerity and privatization. In fact, Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel Prize winner in 2001, former chief economist of the World Bank and formerly one of President Clinton’s economists, exposed the corruption of the UN IMF and World Bank’s practice of keeping developing countries on the loan repayment treadmill, which can lead to harsh measures when the countries fail to repay the loan, instead of allowing a country to go bankrupt and then start over. In 2003, The IMF actually admitted that its policies have often failed for over 60 years.(12) The IMF and World Bank, working closely with the WTO, offer financial aid and guarantees to multinational companies to privatize in poor countries. Even worse, the IMF and World Bank pressure countries, crippled by debt, to privatize utilities and other resources, especially water. Remember, water is a resource that affects food production. The US Treasury funds 51% of the World bank. The UN derives much power from indebted countries and then is able to make outrageous demands upon the debtor nations, that then benefit corporations and individuals like Bill Gates.(13) Codex Alimentarius, the UN program to control food and health products internationally with the goal of HARMonization of food, means that plants, seeds, livestock, farming and how all food is processed is to become uniform. Of course, GMO food is a major component of this scheme. Codex Alimentarius is a program to codify food worldwide; it won’t work because there is a lack of consideration for local conditions (local weather, soil conditions, water availability, etc). This appears to be just plain stupid until one realizes its true intent: depopulation. Codex Alimentarius operates under two UN agencies: the WHO (World Health Organization), notorious for pushing unsafe vaccines for the H1N1 flu and insider deals with Big Pharma, and the corrupt FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization). Kevin Miller’s excellent film “We Become Silent” is recommended for more details.(14) There are several unpopular US “food safety” bills currently under consideration. By simply reading the short summary of Senate bill S 510, it is clear that the bill is not designed for food safety, but for government (Department of Health and Human Services, the EPA and the CDC) expansion, control and monetary gain. There are only a few representatives in Washington that are even remotely interested in true food safety and a real solution, which would include the abolition of GMOs, or at least the labeling of GMO food, so that consumers can make an informed choice. Barack Obama issued an Executive Order on June 10, 2010 that opens the door to Codex Alimentarius.(15) In conclusion, it is obvious that the time is over-ripe for the US to get out of the UN. This action would result in the withering of the UN as it is funded primarily by US tax dollars. The American people will hopefully come to understand that our hard earned money is being used to poison and bankrupt us, and the rest of the world. Education of the masses is the key, and Americans must exert our power and sovereignty, especially now, with the November elections right around the corner.
