Breaking: Sen. Harry Reid Behind BLM Land Grab of Bundy Ranch BLM attempted cover-up of Sen. Reid/Chinese gov’t takeover of ranch for solar farm Kit Daniels The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “ utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.” “Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

Another BLM report entitled Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone (BLM Technical Note 444) reveals that Bundy’s land in question is within the “Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone and surrounding area” which is part of a broad U.S. Department of Energy program for “Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States” on land “managed” by BLM. “In 2012, the BLM and the U.S. Department of Energy published the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact
Statement (PEIS) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States,” the report reads. “The Final Solar
Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement assessed the impact of utility-scale solar energy development on public
lands in the six southwestern states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.” “The Approved Resource Management Plan Amendments/Record of Decision (ROD) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States implemented a comprehensive solar energy program for public lands in those states and incorporated land use allocations and programmatic and SEZ-specific design features into land use plans in the six-state study area.” Back in 2012, the New American reported that Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nevada. And journalist Marcus Stern with Reuters also reported that Sen. Reid was heavily involved in the deal as well. “[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert,” he wrote. “Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.” “His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.” Although these reports are in plain view, the mainstream media has so far ignored this link. The BLM’s official reason for encircling the Bundy family with sniper teams and helicopters was to protect the endangered desert tortoise, which the agency has previously been killing in mass due to “budget constraints.” “A tortoise isn’t the reason why BLM is harassing a 67 year-old rancher; they want his land,” journalist Dana Loesch wrote. “The tortoise wasn’t of concern when [U.S. Senator] Harry Reid worked with BLM to literally change the boundaries of the tortoise’s habitat to accommodate the development of his top donor, Harvey Whittemore.” “Reid is accused of using the new BLM chief as a puppet to control Nevada land (already over 84% of which is owned by the federal government) and pay back special interests,” she added. “BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development. Today, Maurice Strong sits atop the global environmental movement headed by the United Nations and its interlocking NGO’s and tax-exempt foundations.
Strong is considered to be the person behind the globalization of the foundation-funded environmental movement, and was the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment held in 1972, in Stockholm, Sweden. He co-authored the ‘Earth Charter’ with Mikhail Gorbachev in 1992. It was Gorbachev who stated in 1996 that the "threat of environmental crisis will be the ‘international disaster key’ that will unlock the New World Order." Strong was recruited by David Rockefeller at the age of 17 and groomed for the role he serves today. Despite not having a college education, he was a millionaire by his early 20′s and wielded enormous power and influence. Already in 1972, at the time of this interview, there is talk of doomsday scenarios if people don’t give up their rights and drastically alter the way they live. Also mentioned in the interview is zero growth, put forward by the Club of Rome in the late 60′s/early 70′s, which called for the control of population and economic growth, and was the precursor to what we see happening today with the US economy and infrastructure being gutted and sent overseas. In 1991, the Club published The First Global Revolution. It analyses the problems of humanity, calling these collectively or in essence the 'problematique'. Report: Bundy Family Unearths BLM Mass Cattle Grave “I feel that this needs to be put out for the public to
see”
Mikael Thalen New photos released by the Bundy family Sunday provided more evidence to the claim that the Bureau of Land Management was illegally killing and burying confiscated cattle.
Posted to the official Bundy Ranch Facebook page, the gruesome image shows several dead cattle being removed from a makeshift grave discovered just this weekend. “Digging up 1 of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot,” the picture’s description reads. “I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.” The picture backs up reports by several people including Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore, who commented on the BLM’s cattle graves last Tuesday. “Near their compound, right off the highway, they were digging holes,” Fiore said. “They tried to bury some cows on the compound, but I guess they didn’t dig the hole deep enough, so they throw a cow in and they put dirt over him and you have cows’ legs sticking up out of the dirt.”
Fiore also displayed several photos on her Twitter account Sunday, labeling
the incident the “BLM Massacre.”
Video from the area also revealed holes in water tanks, a smashed tortoise burrow, as well as destroyed fences and water lines. “They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” Corey Houston, family friend of Cliven Bundy, told Fox News last week. “Nowhere in the court order that I saw does it say that they can destroy infrastructure, destroy corrals, tanks … desert environment, shoot cattle.” Separate images taken from an airplane also uncovered hundreds of cattle stuffed into small pens on a BLM compound, prompting the FAA to order a no-fly zone over the area.
Despite a clear and violent overreach by the BLM, Nevada Senator Harry Reid has responded to the incident by calling Bundy and his supporters “domestic terrorists.” “There were hundreds, hundreds of people from around the country that came there,” Reid said at an event in Las Vegas. “They had sniper rifles in the freeway. They had weapons, automatic weapons. They had children lined up. They wanted to make sure they got hurt first … What if others tried the same thing?” Unsurprisingly, proof of automatic weapons being present during the stand off between peaceful protesters and the BLM was not provided by Reid. Video of the incident also clearly shows only men and woman, most of whom were unarmed, lined up peacefully. Whether it be assaulting a cancer survivor, attacking a pregnant woman, tasereing protesters, killing animals or unleashing an attack dog, all extreme behavior has exclusively come from the BLM. Bundy Ranch Family vs. Big Gov., Big Green, Big Media Written by William F. Jasper “Hoofed locusts.” That’s how Sierra Cub founder John Muir saw domestic sheep and cattle. It is a term later adopted by Earth First! anarchist and “EcoWarrior” Edward Abbey and other radical enviro-actvists.
In the 1980s, a broad coalition of the major enviro-actvist groups targeted cattle ranching for extinction. Specifically, they initiated a multi-pronged, long-term plan to evict livestock from the vast “public lands” of the Western states. They planned to drive out all the ranchers by 1993, thus their slogan at the time: “Cattle Free by ’93.” Some of that plan was detailed at a “Public Interest Law Conference” held March 7-10, 1991 at the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon. A key presenter at the conference was Roy Elicker, counsel for the National Wildlife Federation. Central to Elicker’s message was the point that ranchers could be driven off range, the “public lands," by simply driving them out of business with costly fees and regulations. “In other words,” he told the conferees, “if you start making them pay their true cost of what they're doing, they're going to fold up. They can't — if they got to go out and move that cow around six times, by the time they're done, they've lost their shirt.” So, the activists must work closely with the politicians and the federal and state agencies to make it too expensive for the ranchers to stay in business — force them into bankruptcy. Elicker warned the attendees that they would not be able to accomplish this overnight; it was a plan that would take years, but would gradually yield big, permanent results. Elicker stated: So one of the keys is, when I talk about opportunities to make a difference, is not only the fact — you know, what everyone likes is the big victory. You load up them cattle trucks for the last time and it goes riding off into the sunset and they never come back. That comment and vision for the future drew laughter and applause from the audience. Elicker continued: But you can win a lot more victories than that ultimate one. You can win a lot more victories by making him pay for what he does out there and by making it so expensive in his operation and making all these changes for him to continue to run the cattle on the public lands, he goes broke. The plan outlined by Elicker (and others) was implemented by the National Public Lands Grazing Campaign (NPLGC) and other Big Green allies. A key component of that campaign has been to falsely portray ranchers such as the Bundys as “welfare ranchers.” Over the past couple of decades, the overall campaign has been very successful in driving many ranchers off the land. “Crucify Them!” Of course, this is the same strategy that was publicly announced by then-Senator Barack Obama, as he campaigned for the White House in 2008, when he assured his “green” backers that he would escalate the “war on coal.” Candidate Obama promised: So, if somebody wants to build a coal plant, they can — it’s just that it will bankrupt them, because they are going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted. Obama’s Region Six EPA Administrator Al Armendariz carried this philosophy to its logical conclusion, advocating that EPA officials use their “authority” with brutal efficiency. Armendariz said that his philosophy of enforcement “was kind of like how the Romans used to conquer little villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go into a little Turkish town somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they saw, and they would crucify them. And then you know that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.” According to Armendariz, you find folks who are not in compliance with the EPA’s constantly changing, draconian edicts, and “you hit them as hard as you can, make examples of them. There’s a deterrent there.” The problem for Armendariz was that his comments were videotaped and went viral on the Internet, forcing him to tender a hasty resignation, in order to spare his boss political blowback. So it goes against all of the natural resource industries that are essential to sustaining a large, modern, industrialized society: farming, ranching, mining, logging, energy, fishing — all of these are under concerted, coordinated attack. In the case of the current Bundy ranch/BLM conflict, one of the main hired guns of the Big Government/Big Green combine is the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD). As one would expect, the wealthy urban green militants at CBD claim to be watching out for all of the furry, fluffy, feathery, scaley creatures whose habitats are threatened by the big, bad invasive species, Homo Ranchero. KREM News, the CBS affiliate in Spokane, Washington, provide this short news item on the CBD connection: Environmentalists accused the bureau of capitulating to threats of violence from armed Bundy supporters and urged them to pursue action against the rancher. "The BLM has a sacred duty to manage our public lands in the public interest, to treat all users equally and fairly," said Rob Mrowka, senior scientist with the Center for Biological Diversity. "Instead it is allowing a freeloading rancher and armed thugs to seize hundreds of thousands of acres of the people's land as their own fiefdom." "The BLM is setting a dangerous precedent in announcing that it will pick and choose who has to follow federal laws and who it will reward for violating them," he added. [Bureau of Land Management spokesman Craig] Leff declined to comment, reiterating that the bureau's top concern was the safety of its employees and the public. In April 2012, the Center for Biological Diversity filed a notice of intent to sue the bureau for canceling a planned roundup of Bundy's cattle at the last minute.

BLM Action in Nevada is Unconstitutional, Here’s Why A direct violation of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution Kurt Nimmo The establishment media is now paying attention to Cliven Bundy and his struggle with the Bureau of Land Management. Most of this coverage assumes Bundy is engaged in illegal cattle grazing on federal land.
The BLM insists “Mr. Bundy has… failed to comply with multiple court orders to remove his cattle from the federal lands and to end the illegal trespass.” It is the BLM, not Cliven Bundy, who is in violation of the law and the Constitution, specifically Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution. The clause, known as the Enclave Clause, authorizes Congress to purchase, own and control land in a state under specific and limited conditions, namely “for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings,” and not, as the feds now insist, to protect an endangered tortoise. The Founders were opposed to providing a centralized federal government with unlimited authority to purchase and, as is routinely the case today, seize state and private land. During the federal convention debates in September, 1787, Elbridge Gerry, who later went on to serve as vice president under James Madison, contended federal purchase of land “might be made use of to enslave any particular State by buying up its territory, and that the strongholds proposed would be a means of awing the State into an undue obedience.” In order to make certain the federal government did not abuse the Enclave Clause, the words “Consent of the Legislature of the State” were added. Madison, Jefferson and the Founders were primarily interested in limited government and the diffusion of federal authority over the states for the protection of individual liberty. In 1992, the Supreme Court issued an opinion on the framers’ reasoning behind the state consent requirement (New York v. U.S): “The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.” (Emphasis added.) Madison knew unlimited federal power inevitably results in unbridled tyranny. “I venture to declare it as my opinion that, were the power of Congress to be established in the latitude contended for, it would subvert the very foundations, and transmute the very nature of the limited government established by the people of America,” he wrote. Despite the desire of the founders and the originating principles of the nation, conceived as a constitutional republic, the federal government has repeatedly and habitually exacted dictatorial authority in Nevada and throughout much of the West. “The United States government owns and has broad authority to regulate federal lands in Nevada,” the BLM arrogantly insists. “In response to challenges of federal ownership of the lands in Nevada, the 9th circuit held that the federal government owned all federal lands in Nevada, and that those lands did not pass to the state upon statehood.” This is in direct conflict with Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution. Cliven Bundy’s struggle with the BLM in Nevada is exactly the situation Madison and the founders tried to prevent. The federal government does not have the constitutional authority to own land, beyond what is stipulated in the Enclave Clause, and its seizure of land, under the obviously fallacious pretense of protecting a tortoise, is a serious violation of the Constitution. Madison made if perfectly clear in Federalist Paper 45: “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined… The [federal powers] will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce… the powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” “It’s really about our constitutional rights and statehood,” Bundy has said. “And whether this area known as the state of Nevada is owned by the United States government or is owned by the sovereign state of Nevada.” Mr. Bundy, despite a propaganda campaign to the contrary launched by the federal government and its subservient media, is absolutely correct – the war shaping up between the Nevada rancher and the federal government is about states’ rights and, ultimately, the rights of sovereign individuals. In his opinion of United States v. Estate of Hage, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones reveals that after late Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage indicated on his 1993 grazing permit renewal that by signing the permit, he was not surrendering his family’s long-standing water and forage rights on the land, the BLM not only rejected the permit but also conspired for decades to both deny his family’s property rights and to destroy their cattle business. “Based upon E. Wayne Hage’s declaration that he refused to waive his rights — a declaration that did not purport to change the substance of the grazing permit renewal for which he was applying, and which had no plausible legal effect other than to superfluously assert non-waiver of rights — the Government denied him a renewal grazing permit based upon its frankly nonsensical position that such an assertion of rights meant that the application had not been properly completed,” Judge Jones wrote. “After the BLM denied his renewal grazing permit for this reason by letter, the Hages indicated that they would take the issue to court, and they sued the Government in the CFC [Court of Federal Claims.]” And at that point, Jones explained, the BLM refused to consider any further applications from Hage. “The entire chain of events is the result of the Government’s arbitrary denial of E. Wayne Hage’s renewal permit for 1993–2003, and the effects of this due process violation are continuing,” he stated. Judge Jones continued:
It is necessary to note that under the TGA, according to Red Canyon Sheep Co. v. Ickes (1938), a rancher whose cattle had previously grazed in the area based upon adjacent land, water rights on the land, etc., has a right to a grazing permit over others who apply for a permit to graze the area without having previously grazed there. So in this instance, Hage would have priority over Snow for a grazing permit, but the BLM willfully ignored this court ruling. And after the agency filed for a public water reserve, according to Judge Jones, the BLM “sent trespass notices to people who leased or sold cattle to the Hages, notwithstanding the Hages’ admitted and known control over that cattle, in order to pressure other parties not to do business with the Hages, and even to discourage or punish testimony in the present case.” “For this reason, the Court has held certain government officials in contempt and referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” he wrote. “In summary, government officials, and perhaps also Mr. Snow, entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their permits but also of their vested water rights.” “This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm to support the injunction described at the end of this Order.” So in other words, the BLM willfully attempted to destroy the Hage family’s livelihood because Hage dared to assert his existing rights to the land which his family has held since the late 19th century. And unfortunately the BLM is attempting to do the exact same thing to Cliven Bundy. “Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage family’s constitutionally protected rights? No,” William F. Jasper, senior editor of The New American, wrote on the subject. “Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? LA Times Announces: White Men are Terrorists
Kurt Nimmo The establishment media wasted little time after the Southern Poverty Law Center sent a letter to the Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security demanding the mailed fist of the state crack down on Americans expressing opposition to an increasingly tyrannical federal government. “There are, in increasingly frightening numbers, cells of angry men in the United States preparing for combat with the U.S. government. They are usually heavily armed, blinded by an intractable hatred, often motivated by religious zeal,” a Los Angeles Times op-ed claimed on March 8, a couple days after the SPLC letter went out warning of another Oklahoma City terrorist bombing.
MSNBC did its part on March 6 by ramping up the paranoia of another Oklahoma City bombing.
The rant published in the second-largest metropolitan newspaper in the country – following up on the heels of the grand lady of Mockingbird propaganda, the New York Times – doesn’t mince words: “They’re not jihadists. They are white, right-wing Americans, nearly all with an obsessive attachment to guns, who may represent a greater danger to the lives of American civilians than international terrorists.” Despite the ethnic diversity of the patriot movement, the LA Times engages in brazen racism and deliberately singles out white people. This feeds into the SPLC’s absurdist propaganda arguing folks actively resisting constitutional violations perpetuated by the federal government – from the trashing the Second Amendment to the Fourth and beyond – are intimately linked to a minuscule and entirely marginalized white supremacist movement. By raising a fantasy specter of Klansman armed with AR-15s gunning for black and Latino people, the SPLC and the establishment media are actively colluding in an attempt to demonize and eventually destroy an increasingly effective political opposition. As we noted in our response to the SPLC letter, posted on the same day the LA Times op-ed piece appeared, it is “hardly surprising the SPLC has decided to exploit the growing and diverse movement opposed to a raft of recently proposed unconstitutional firearms laws and label the movement extremist and akin to domestic terrorism.” Nothing petrifies urban liberals more than defenders of the Second Amendment, especially when they demonstrate with brandished firearms. “Patriot groups are motivated by a host of anti-government attitudes, but their primary focus is guns,” the Times argues. “They are convinced that the government is out to seize their weapons, even though most legislation is focused on keeping guns out of the hands of criminals or restricting the types of weapons that can be sold.” The LA Times sheepishly decries the fact government is unable to do much “to reverse this tide of belligerent ignorance” on the part of “like-minded Neanderthals” who shelter and encourage “the Timothy McVeighs of the world.” Instead of a direct police state crack down and mass internment of white people in concentration camps, the editorial staff of the Los Angeles Times suggests a new COINTELPRO-like program designed to monitor Americans upset by continual government usurpations and attacks on the libertarian principles enshrined in the Constitution. “These groups should be closely monitored, with resources adequate to the task, even if it means shifting some homeland security money from the hunt for foreign terrorists,” they write. As we noted, the groups and individuals singled out by the SPLC include Alex Jones, We Are Change, Oath Keepers, the Constitution Party, the Tyranny Response Team and thousands of other Americans. Left unmentioned here is the obvious fact the real enemy of government all along has not been a largely fantastical al-Qaeda and a comical Saudi hooked up to a dialysis machine in an Afghan cave, but a considerable and growing domestic patriot movement determined to prevent the incremental move toward authoritarianism and tyranny. Video Game Casts Tea Party and Patriot Groups as Enemy Terrorists Magazine article literally asks, “Do you have what it takes to pull the trigger on a fellow citizen?” Adan Salazar The latest installment of the popular Rainbow Six video game franchise casts Americans fed up with government corruption and banker domination as domestic terrorists intent on carrying out killings and bombings, yet another startling indication of how media is influencing the public to accept protesters and people generally upset with the way their government is being run as the new terrorist threat. “In Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6 Patriots, Team Rainbow faces a new and very real threat called the ‘True Patriots,’ a highly-trained, well-organized revolutionary group that claim the American government is irrevocably corrupted by greedy politicians and corporate special interests. The True Patriots will do whatever it takes to reclaim their country,” Ubisoft’s description of the game states. The description goes on to label members of the fictitious movement as the “new breed of terrorists,” stating, “…players will face critical scenarios that will require them to make tough ethical decisions in order to stop this new breed of terrorists.” Game Informer Magazine, national retail video game chain Game Stop’s exclusive magazine, claimed a tumultuous political atmosphere was the motivation for Ubisoft to pit American citizens against federal agents. In their final introductory paragraph, the Game Informer writers ask, “Do you have what it takes to pull the trigger on a fellow citizen?” Rainbow 6: Patriots was announced in 2011, but its actual release has been held back. When GameStop pulled pre-sales from its database without explanation, some speculated the game had been shelved entirely. However, in a June 2013 interview with IGN, Ubisoft senior vice president of sales and marketing Tony Key confirmed that Rainbow 6: Patriots would likely be held over for next-gen systems like Playstation 4 and Xbox One. A look at the game’s trailers shows players that play as members of the Rainbow Six squadron will have no choice but to shoot innocent people (and even police officers) in certain situations. According to Game Informer, players will also have the opportunity to play as the terrorists. This is just the latest example of an ongoing media campaign to demonize Constitutionalists and those seeking to uphold the principles of the Founding Fathers of the nation, as terrorists. Earlier this year, we reported on how the cable TV network AMC was producing a show titled, “We Hate Paul Revere,” following two brothers that hate the famous patriot activist who became a hero during the American Revolutionary War when he went on his “midnight ride” to warn patriots and patriot militias that the British were coming. In March, we also discussed how the Fox TV series “The Following” attempted to portray Constitutionalists and militia members as serial killers and terrorists. Add these “coincidences” to a July 2012 report we wrote covering a DHS study that characterized Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists, and you begin to see a pattern. Recently, the Internal Revenue Service was also forced to apologize for targeting patriot and Tea Party groups with extra scrutiny and audits when they applied for tax exempt status. As the federal government further embroils itself in scandal after scandal, and as it takes huge strides to implement a hellish vision of a free society, using an unchecked police state as its muscle – now police in New York can arrest you for merely annoying them, and recently the Supreme Court ruled that police can take DNA swabs from citizens as a “legitimate police booking procedure” – the desperation to stifle opposition has become readily apparent.

Statists Call For Drone Strike on Bundy Supporters Stench of hypocrisy runs rampant
Paul Joseph Watson As a federal appeals court rules that the Obama administration must divulge its legal basis for launching drone strikes against American citizens, many statists opposed to Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy’s stand against the government are calling for him and his supporters to be the victims of what would be America’s first domestic drone attack.
Of course, it’s virtually inconceivable that the White House would launch a Predator drone strike against U.S. citizens, Harry Reid’s “domestic terrorist” slur not withstanding, but the mere fact that self-proclaimed liberals are openly calling for Bundy supporters to be massacred provides us with yet another chilling insight into the warped minds of statists. The most egregious offense committed by Bundy supporters in the eyes of such people is the fact that a minority of Bunkerville protesters were carrying guns during last weekend’s standoff with heavily armed Bureau of Land Management agents. This again underscores the rampant hypocrisy of leftists who grandstand as gun control advocates yet fully support the state having a monopoly on firearms. Hundreds of armed BLM agents seizing Bundy’s property while aiming sniper rifles at his family members and tasing them for exercising free speech is not only tolerated by liberals but enthusiastically supported. Indeed, it seems that many were disappointed that BLM agents didn’t follow through on the slaughter they promised during the standoff at Bunkerville. Virtually every point of resentment directed against Bundy by leftists is borne out of repugnant duplicity and double standards, most notably the charge that Bundy is both engaging in lawlessness and is a “freeloader” for not paying grazing fees, a criticism liberals are perfectly willing to dispense with when it comes to the 12 million illegal immigrants living in the United States. When a group of Occupy Wall Street demonstrators were brutally pepper sprayed during the infamous incident at UC Davis in 2011 (prompted by students flouting a law they saw as unjust), liberals were rightly outraged and their fury was shared by libertarians who have been speaking out against America’s burgeoning police state for years. However, now that the shoe is on the other foot, liberals have chosen to either ignore the federal government’s targeting of the Bundy family and their supporters, or in some cases have adopted the role of cheerleaders in unashamedly urging actual bloodshed.

The standoff between the Bundy ranch and the BLM feds is a visceral example of growing discontent over an expanding federal government. These abuses have occurred over many decades, with a focused intent. Centralization of power and a steady erosion of personal wealth and liberty have been the result. As these abuses and usurpations continue, Americans will face a choice between submitting or standing firm like the Bundy family did.
Taxes
The tax foundation recently reported that Americans pay more in taxes than they do for food and housing expenses combined. Adding insult to injury, the IRS has been caught in open political persecution of Tea party organizations opposed to big government. The average American citizen is more than $70,000 in debt. Now the IRS is seizing tax refunds of individuals who’s parents had outstanding debt. President Obama, since taking office in 2009, has proposed 442 new taxes. Obamacare, with all of its penalties, is effectively another tax. Small business owners on average now lose about a week of business preparing taxes. Meanwhile, wealthy elites like the Rockefeller Family and Bill Gates are able to hide their wealth in tax exempt foundations, which are in turn used to shape the cultural, political and financial spheres of our world.
“George Washington Would Not Be Welcome”
The Federal government is fully aware that it is acting in an aggressive manner; and that it’s actions are stirring widespread resentment. The documents leaked from the DoD and other government organizations reveal this fact. Homeland Security is admittedly arming itself with billions of rounds of ammunition while training against “Free Americans Against Socialist Tyranny”. The U.S. Postal Service is also buying ammo. A Department of Defense training manual leaked last year revealed that servicemen and women were told that the founding fathers would not be welcome in today’s military. The document demonizes “extremists” who “…will talk of individual liberties, states’ rights, and how to make the world a better place.” In 2009 a document leaked from the Missouri Information Analysis Center painted libertarians and Ron Paul supporters as terrorists. An entire fake town has been built in Virginia, complete with Christian churches and subways, for the military to train for urban occupation. 4th Amendment Eviscerated Despite its obvious unconstitutional nature, the Supreme Court has yet to decide on the legality of NSA surveillance. As the Business Insider recently reported, Justice Antonin Scalia hinted that he would back the NSA spy program. ”The Supreme Court doesn’t know diddly about the nature and extent of the threat,” Scalia said. “It’s truly stupid that my court is going to be the last word on it.” The American people can no longer claim ignorance on the NSA surveillance grid. A detailed multi-dimensional image of our daily lives is being built with this system. Individuals to entire group dynamics are being tracked. As it continues to grow, it will be unparalleled in history. Everything from daily travel routes to eating habits will be traceable. Every day objects will be transmitting data 24/7. According to former CIA Director David Patraeus, smart grid technologies will have a monumental impact on “clandestine tradecraft.” Patraeus states, “Items of interest will be located, identified, monitored, and remotely controlled through technologies such as radio-frequency identification, sensor networks, tiny embedded servers, and energy harvesters…” The system – in its mechanized, wicked desire to perpetuate itself – has convinced many of us that we will be protected and rewarded for following its directives and turning our neighbors in to the authorities, but the truth is that we all lose when this happens.
“Mr. And Mrs. America, Turn Them All In” The Bill of Rights has been under attack through multiple administrations and political parties. The 2nd amendment right to bear arms has endured a sustained attack in recent years. White house pundit Piers Morgan learned that his anti-Constitutional views weren’t as popular as he thought when his CNN show was canceled. The Federal government, despite its attempt to seize the moral high ground, falls flat on its face when we learn of operation Fast and Furious and the U.S. government providing arms to Al-qaeda fighters in Syria. CBS news reported in 2011 that the ATF wanted to use Fast and Furious to “make the case for gun regulations.” In another demonstration of the morally bankrupt government, Democrat Senator of California Leland Yee, a gun control advocate, was recently charged with arms trafficking. Government runs the guns, we the people are to be disarmed. “A Long Train of Abuses” The United States Declaration of Independence states:

As power continues to centralize in a corrupt, morally bankrupt federal government, the necessity to re-assert or even create a new declaration of independence is becoming more evident. In this process Americans resisting this expansion must hold the moral high ground. We are not the aggressors, nor do we intend to be. We do recognize, however that Tyranny will tighten its grip, and as our forefathers wisely knew, the people will tolerate it for a long time.
